Part 7 Look Whos Got a Copy

Glynda: You sent a kid to the hospital!

(Y/n): Wasn't my fault, he started it

Glynda: Even if that's so, you shouldn't have retaliated like that

(Y/n): Once again, he started it so I just fought back

Ozpin: (Y/n) I understand if people like Cardin make you angry, but taking him down like that was unnecessary, though witnesses say you did try to resolve it calmly and nonconfrontational so I won't punish you, you will "grounded" for the rest of the week and I want you to give Cardin a written apology

(Y/n): Y-yes sir...

I get from my seat and headed for the elevator.

Ozpin: One more thing (Y/n), please, be more responsible with your powers, you are a smart man and have decided to put them to good use, but sometimes things happen that cloud our judgment, so please be wary

(Y/n): Yes sir I will

I head down the elevator and begin making my way back to the dorm, as I do I began thinking what my friends are gonna say or think about me, hindsight is twenty-twenty, I should've just grabbed the girls hand and walked away from them, well there's no changing what happened, Weiss is probably gonna lecture me. I reached my dorm's hallway and by the door of the dorm was someone I wasn't expecting, the Faunus girl from before. I walked up to her sparked conversation.

(Y/n): Hey, what are you doing here?

Bunny Girl: Huh? Oh it's you, I came here to thank you, you were a great help and I really appreciate it

(Y/n): It's no problem really, we're here to train to be heroes and help others, It's just what was right...even if I went overboard...

Bunny Girl: Though I'm glad you came to help me, not many people are kind to the Faunus and I'm glad you came to my aid

(Y/n): Hey, it's alright, just glad I could help uhh...what's your name?

Velvet: Velvet, Velvet Scarlatina

(Y/n): (Y/n) (L/n)

I extend my hand for a handshake, she gladly accepts it, I could hear some whispering coming inside the dorm, I supposed they could hear me and were probably waiting for me I suppose I should head inside and face their rage. 

Velvet: I guess you gotta head inside?

(Y/n): Yeah...see you some other time I suppose

Velvet: Yeah

After that Velvet went on her way and I entered the dorm room almost immediately Weiss started to go off on me, I had no other choice to sit down and take it.

Weiss: Unbelievable, lashing out like that, did you even try to hold back?!

(Y/n): Yeah, it's just that Rath is a very angry guy

Weiss: He's a big brute, that's what he is, you're lucky I don't make you sleep outside again!

(Y/n): What am I a dog?

Yang: Weiss that's enough, it was probably just the alien's instinct, they're probably just hotheads who think with their fist

Ruby: And plus he helped someone when no one else did, I think that's something to appreciate...even if it did get out of hand

They continued to argue about the standards and logistics of my actions but they soon found a middle ground and decided to drop the issue, I then informed them that I couldn't go with them to the Field trip due to my actions and that was the end of that day, we all went to bed and well for me, Weiss did make me sleep out in the hallway. That next day, I was stuck in the dorm room writing an apology letter that I had to give to Ozpin, once I finished it and went to turn it into him, the day was as uneventful as uneventful can get. But things would get much more interesting in the next three days.
