That Same Night

Justin's pov

I am chilling in my room trying to work on a new song. I got in here for music. Yeah I love music. You're probably wondering what I was doing in the dancing studio earlier today? I was in there because during my free period I go and clean the studio. I'm late for that everyday. Anyway I decided to take a break and go see Leston. I didn't bother putting à shirt on I just put my hoodie on. I grabbed my phone and headed out the door.

I walked down the hall and turned to the left. I reached his door and knocked on it. He's like me we mess around and don't get caught.

"Hey man what are you doing?" I ask him as soon as he opened the door.

"Nothing just chilling in here with Mason, Parker and my friend Elizabeth" he tells me

"Hey Justin" Mason says

"Hey man anyway I just thought I would pop by and see what you were doing. So I guess I'll see you tomorrow morning in the studio?" I ask him

"Yeah I'll get there early because after that I got to get to Photography" he tells me

"Alright man and Mason I thought about what you said to me earlier" I say

"Oh about that, but hey it's your decision on what you want and I'll see you at the studio too after leston is gone" he says

"Alright sounds like a plan" I say as we bro hugged. I caught Elizabeth staring and she looked down at her lap. I smirked and headed back to my room. I walked inside my room once I got to it and I didn't notice Natalia standing at my door.

"Hey Justin" I hear her say as I was about to slip my hoodie off.

"Oh hey Natalia what's up?" I ask her as I sat down on my bed.

"I was wondering if you had any plans for the rest of the night?" She asks me as she slowly sat down on my lap after she had shut my door.

"Uh actually I do have plans I have to finish writing my song and I cant do that with you distracting me" I say as she ran her fingers through my hair. She gazed down at me as she started to slowly push me back to where she was actually straddling me now.

"You can't take one little break to have just a little fun?' She asks me as she left light kisses down the side of my neck. My body tensed up and I looked up at her. I lifted myself up and supported myself on my elbows.

"No I can't take a break Natalia because I have to get this done by the end of the week" I tell her as she got off of me. She left my room and I fell back on my bed. I let out a frustrated breath and I grabbed my phone to see that my mum is calling me

Conversation between Justin and Mum

Justin: hello

Mum: hey baby how's it going over there?"

Justin: it's going great

Mum: that's great baby I'll be coming to see you Saturday

Justin: that's great mum I can't wait to see you

Mum: alright I love you goodnight.

Justin: I love you too good night

Remember how I said I'm from Canada? Well we moved to New Jersey when I was thirteen so yeah. Anyway I closed my lap top and just stared at my phone.

3 am

Justin's pov

Ugh! Why can't I sleep? I turned my bedside table lamp on and ran my hands over my face. I checked the time and I fell back in bed. I stared up at ceiling for a while and then I saw Elizabeth's face. Ugh! I got out of bed and walked over to the window. I stared out at the lights and got lost in a trance. I don't know how long I was staring out the window, but I ended up falling asleep on the couch.

"Justin!"

"Justin wake up!" I hear someone yelling in my ear and shaking me.

"What?" I say as I opened my eyes to see Mason.

"Hey man we gotta get to the studio now Leston couldn't make it he woke up sick" he tells me as my eyes about popped out of my head.

"Shit!" I say as I grabbed my black v-neck and vans. I grabbed my phone and my bag and we were out the door. I brushed my teeth as fast as I could before we could make it out the door.

We ran down the hall and out the doors. We said hey to Tayler on the way and we made it just in time.

"Ah thank the lord we made it. I've never ran so fast in my entire life" I say as there was a knock at the door. I looked up to see Elizabeth.

"Hey uh Justin right? I think you dropped this on your way out" she says showing me my guitar pick. Seriously Justin? How the hell did I manage to drop that? Oh duh I have it in the strap of my guitar case. I looked at it and it's not zipped.

"Oh ha well thanks for bringing it to me" I say setting my guitar case down.

"Oh it's no problem" she says setting it down on the counter.

"Well I gotta go meet my friend Parker" she says putting a strand of hair behind her ear

"See you around" I say as she left. I turned to face Mason and he started laughing.

"What's so funny?" I ask him

"Nothing man let's get started" he says as I put the headset on.

Two Hours Later

Justin's pov

We just finished working on what we have so far and I'm exhausted.

"Man I'm beat" I say sitting down

"Same man and Natalia told me that you turned her down last night" he tells me

"Yeah so?" I ask him

"You've never turned her down before" he tells me

"Oh that. Whatever I just wanted to finish writing the song and then I woke up at three this morning because I couldn't sleep" I say as I see my phone light up. Its à text from Parker.
