Toby's alarm went off at seven in the morning for us to get up and leave. She took her bag to the bathroom so she could shower before leaving. She came back wearing a black and white, short sleeve shirt and tan shorts. I grabbed my bag and went to the bathroom so I could shower. Drying off, I slipped into a blue, pineapple printed Hawaiian shirt and blue denim jean shorts. I tied up my shoes and went back to Toby's room to help her clean up. She hung up the clothes she bought at the mall in the closet so they could be kept for next time. I put mine in my bag and zipped it up. We eventually got everything cleaned up and grabbed our stuff to go downstairs. In the kitchen, aunt V was making another one of her famous breakfast skillets. It had bacon, potatoes, green peppers, and eggs. We sat at the bar and ate as Alison and Steve loaded up the car. Finishing up, we rinsed off our plates and cups, sat them in the sink, and got ready to leave.

"Take care, Toby. I love you and I hope you guys come up next year." aunt Vanessa said hugging her niece.

"I love you too, aunt V. I hope we come up again too." Toby said hugging her aunt.

"It was nice meeting you, Jenny. I hope you come back with Toby." she said hugging me.

"It was nice meeting you too, aunt V. I hope I'm able to come back too." I said hugging her. Steve and Alison came back in to sat their goodbyes.

"Drive safe, Steve." she said hugging her brother.

"Don't worry, I will. I love you Vanessa." he said hugging his sister.

"Take care, Alison." aunt V said hugging her sister-in-law.

"You too." she said hugging back. Jenny and I loaded the car with our stuff and we said our last goodbyes. We got in the car and drove down the driveway, waving back to aunt Vanessa. We drove through the country part and into the city, making our way past the welcome sign that now said Exiting New York, Come Back Soon. I watched as we passed tress and a few houses, than there was nothing but wooded area. We crossed the boarder line and made our way into Pennsylvania. We pulled into the driveway of Toby's house and I called my mom to tell her I was home. She pulled into the driveway and I grabbed my bag as I left the house with Toby following behind me.

"Well, it was fun. Thank you, Toby for inviting me." I said hugging my best friend.

"You're welcome, thank you for coming. I had a lot of fun." Toby said hugging back. I grabbed my bags and sat them in the car. I jumped in the passenger seat and waved as we drove down the driveway and back to my house. Today was August first, it was time to do some school shopping.
