"Get your butt to school" I heard my dad say in the morning. He was already in his uniform, so I thought he was going to work early, but when I checked my clock I realised that I was running late for lacrosse practice. "Coach is gonna kill me" I thought.
Luckily, he didn't notice me when I arrived at the lacrosse field, so I went to talk to Scott who was watching some new guys with Kira and Liam.
"Do you know who they are?" I asked
"New guys." Scott answered
"Thank you , Captain Obvious. Don't you know anything about them?" I said
"Their dad is a surgeon, works at the hospital. My dad knows him. I think his name is Cullen or something. He's young, but dad says he's one of the best in his department." Liam said
"See? That's an answer." I told Scott
After an hour of practice, I was concinced there was something wrong with those new guys. They were too...perfect.
"They're something." I told Scott "Those new guys. There's something wrong with them."
"Just because they're good at lacrosse doesn't mean they're supernatural. Remember what happened with Liam?" said Scott
"Just saying. Don't tell me I didn't warn you." I said as the bell rang
"Well, let's just go to class before they try to kill us, too." Kira said and we all went inside. I was happy she believed me, even if she was partially joking.
