Bonnie does a spell to stop Damon and Elena from continuing to look for the cure but it goes very wrong and turns Caroline , Bonnie and Katherine into toddlers.

"Bonnie are you sure that this is safe?" Caroline asks nervously as she sets up for the spell following Bonnie's instructions.
"Yes, for the last time it's a powerful and somewhat hard but nothing I can't handle. Now we all put a drop of blood in the middle." They each put a drop of their blood and one of a random original to make it strong. "You guys need to be quiet while I chant, okay?" Caroline and Katherine nod their agreement.
"In quo hodie hora invocare proprium. Gilbert, et fac F. Damon Salvatore oblivisci, quid factum est, antequam ad orientem solem. Viribus animi aqua & igni aera nudum memoria numquam. Non patitur diutius libra revertatur filios impediret, si opus fuerit, ne viventibus multavit !!" Bonnie says her voice increasing with each sentence and then her eyes glow white. Caroline and Katherine just watch knowing there is nothing they can do.
The next thing they know there's a blinding white light and they all pass out on the ground.
Then something weird happened and they didn't switch bodies, it is way weirder. Caroline looked around and sees Katherine and Bonnie, but they weren't normal Bonnie and Kat they are at least four or three years old, but then Caroline feels herself morphing into a four-year-old version of herself also.
Then little Katherina looked around with her doe-like eyes but being her four year old self her eyes were even larger and more child-like. "Carebear, Bon-Bon?" Katerina's little voice says, using the nicknames she uses when she's being playful but this time is because not only did they turn the size of four-year-olds but they have the mind of four-year-olds too.
"Kitty-Kat?" Caroline says. "Where are we?" Caroline asks running over to Katerina and Bonnie, her blonde curls bouncing and hold their hands.
"I don't know Carebear." Katerina says as Caroline squeezed Katerina's tiny hand and Bonnie's hand as well. "I know where we can go to be safey frow all tha biggy bads."
Katerina starts to walk still holding Bonnie and Caroline's hands as they walked on a path in the woods......

Their tiny feet waddle up to the mansion and to the door.
"It weally big." Bonnie says.
"What's really big Bon Bon?" Caroline asks. "The house." Bonnie replies.
Kat jumps up a bit and swings on the door handle until the door opens and she walks in with Caroline and Bonnie following her. They waddle over to the living room where they see the back of the original mens heads.
Once the little girls make it to the center of the room and gasp in horror at the sight before them.
Klaus, Elijah, & Kol have daggers sticking out of their chests, Kol and Elijah are completely grey with veins where Klaus looks warmer but still has veins on his face.
Tears stream down Katerina's face as she rushes to Elijah, climbs up onto his lap and pulls out the dagger. Caroline & Bonnie copy Katerina with Care on Klaus's lap pulling the dagger out, Bonnie on Kol's lap doing the same.
As the originals jerk awake, the girls hold on tight so they don't fall off and onto the floor. The men look at each other first but Elijah is the first to notice the little girl on his lap with the dagger in her hand and her little arms around his neck crying into it.
"Shh sh sh it's quite alright dear." He says trying to sooth the unknown little girl in his arms.
Klaus and Kol stare down at the little girls in their laps with the daggers but not crying as Kat is, just staring up at the mens faces.
Klaus looks down at the cute blonde little girl and asks her.... "What is your name, love?"
She giggles and says "My names Caroline Forbes." With a bright smile.
Klaus is frozen in shock, he shakes out of it and examines the little Caroline on his lap. "Do you know my name, love?"
"No swilly you dwid not tell me it." She says while giggling.
"My name is Niklaus however you may call me Nik." He says with a smirk showing his dimples.
Kol grins at the light dark skinned brunette in his lap. "So that makes you my Bunny, My names Kol, my little darling."
"I no bunny my name Bonnie." She says with a grumpy look and crosses her tiny arms across her chest, makes Kol's grin only grow wider.
"So That must be Elena?" Kol guesses at the little girl on Elijah's lap.
"I do not think so brother," turns his attention to the curly brunette in his lap. "My little Katerina?" He asks with furrowed eyebrows.
She nods and looks at him with worry on her face. "Lijah Okay? You scare me, be all grey n dusty."
"I am sorry my little Katerina, I did not mean to frighten you." He apologizes.
