It was the summer of 1992 little Cassie Waters came into the world. Her bright blue eyes full of wonder and her dark almost black hair soft and silky. She smiled and gazed up at the crying man holding her, for she didn't know what had happened.

"Daddy, daddy what happened to mommy?" Caspian says pulling on his crying father's shirt. "Daddy?" He was only three and didn't know what was happening.

Carter Waters held his cooing baby daughter looking at his beautiful wife. He set the nameless baby girl down and went to his wife's bedside. "Cassidy...baby please...please don't leave me. The kids need you...I can't do it alone" he gripped her cold hand and cried into her skin. "Please Cassie...stay with me!" He pleads as the doctors rush out their confused children.

The doctor came in about an hour later. He touched Carter's back and sighed. "Sir...your son...he's asking for you." He says. Carter stood and nodded wiping his tear stained face. He looked at his wife's lifeless body and kissed her lips for the last time. "I love you Cassie...you're my everything. I promise I'll take care of our children." He touched her head softly, brushing a piece of hair from her pale face, "I love you" he whispered and followed the doctor out to Caspian.

"Daddy!" Caspian smiles and jumps into his arms. "Hey bud" he says forcing himself to smile. "Let's go see your little sister, shall we?" He says leading his son to where his daughter was being kept.

"What's her name daddy?" Caspian says smiling at the tiny sleeping bundle. "I'm not sure yet" he says thinking for a moment. After a while he looks at Caspian and says, "Cassidy...Cassidy Waters."
