What you need: Voice, Bed, Midnight, Bedroom, House, moon, window, door, blankets, Knife, No one in the house (if there is people in the house just make sure there asleep)
What to do:
Wait till midnight, go to your kitchen and grab a knife then head back to your room and close the door but dont lock it, Turn off the lights so the only light is the moon, Lay on the bed and pull the blankets over you whole body than hold the knife against your chest right above your heart, Close your eyes and chant: Jeff the killer, Jeff the killer, Jeff the killer. You should hear: "Shh... go to sleep" Then open your eyes.
