Before you start making assumptions about hell being spelled incorrectly. I would like to give you some information. I spelled hel correctly, because hell and hel are two completely different things!

For example, hel is from Norse mythology and is referred to as none other than the normal afterlife. Nothing more nothing less, there is a goddess Hel or Hela if you're a marvel fan I guess... EGHUM. She rules over Hel and watches over the normal people who go to this afterlife.

Now hell, I'm sure you all know what that is. A place of horror and torture. A place that Christians say you will go if you aren't a Christian. Tbh I prefer paganism, this does not mean I am a bad person. Just means I worship more than one god.

You couldn't sleep very well that night. The repeated images of your knock out dream and the bathroom incident were glued to the back of your mind. If that thing was the owner of the heart, you would surely hate to meet it in person. Sighing you closed your eyes and rolled on your side, trying to force yourself to sleep.

But you couldn't, something didn't feel right. A cold hand gently touched your cheek. You went ridged as a chill ran up your spine. Your eyes opened and looked at the thing looming over you. Taking in a deep breath you were about to scream, but the creature covered your mouth and took its other hand. Pressing a clawed finger against its lips. "Shhh..."

A breathy hush came from it, telling you to be quiet. The thing slumped to the floor and moved to the bedroom door way. It looked back, beckoning you toward it. Part of you wanted to stay in bed. But you felt the foreign organ inside your body push outward. You stood up, 'what?' You started walking to the creature.

'No no no..' you thought as the dark being led you out of your room. You weren't in control any longer, you wanted to scream. The two of you walked into the livingroom. The creature fazed right through a chair, one that the grinch was sitting in. He was reading, but looked up as you passed him.

"Y/n what are you doing up?" You kept on walking, even though the grinch began to shout protest. "Where are you going!? Y/n, are you even listening to me?" You stopped in front of a door and turned around. Grinch was standing right over you. "Don't you dare go out that door!"

His voice was harsh and that hellish stare of his was back. You knew you were going to get it, yet you weren't afraid. The cold touch of metal made it to your hand as you held the doorknob. "Y/n this is your last warning, DON'T DISOBEY ME!!" He shouted.

You cracked open the door, and the grinch went wild. He roared lifting his hand and swinging it downward to beat you. You caught his wrist mid way. An animal like growl escaped your lips. And the grinch yanked his hand from your grip. Now there was fear in his eyes, he backed away. "Go.." he said "get out of here!" With the final raising of his voice you left, for the world outside.

The creature was waiting for you outside. Following it into the woods, you began to realize what you were doing. You would have been proud of yourself for standing up to the grinch.. but that wasn't you. The heart had taken control, and made you do it. Though it saved you from a reddened hand print on your face. You were afraid it only did what it did to protect itself.. and its host.

Looking around you found yourself in the forest. Alone, the creature had vanished and now you realized how cold it was. Shivering you hugged yourself. Sniffling, a few tears ran down your cheeks and froze. You were lost, though your thoughts were soon interrupted by the sound of frozen earth breaking apart. Something was emerging from the ground beneath you.
