Chapter 4

I walked upstairs to my room and threw on my pajamas. I jumped in bed thinking about how much fun I had today. I pugged in my phone and texted my two friends Veronica and Abi. I told them both about what happened and how they could come with me. They were so excited. I told them goodnight and turned my music on. I driffted off to sleep as my music played. I woke up the next morning with a text from Hayes,“Meet me at the park in 10 mins I have good news." I smiled and quickly got out of bed and put on black shorts and a red v-neck. I put my hair up in a high pony tail and grabbed my red vans. I went to the bathroom brushed my teeth and did my makeup. I went back to my room grabbed my phone and walked downstairs. My mom had her interview early this morning so she was gone. I grabbed my house key and walked out the door. I started walking and I saw Hayes in front of me just a little further than me. “Hayes!!!" I yelled and waved. He turned around and smiled. He stayed there while I started walking faster and finally caught up to him. “Hey cutie" he said. I blushed and said hi back. We started walking to the park and finally got there. We walked over to the swings and I asked what he wanted to talk about. “Ok, so I asked the guys if you and your friends could come." “And?" I questioned. “They all said they would love to meet you guys" “Great now can you please get to the point" “Ok, I asked the manager for tickets and stuff and he said that he would be glad to give me the tickets" I was speechless. I smiled really big and gave Hayes a hug. He smiled at me and we started swinging. “When is the event?" “In a week"  I checked my calendar on my phone and it was all clear. “I can't wait" I said. We both smiled. “Wanna go back to my house and play some video games?" he said with a smile. I smiled back and shook my head yes. We got off the swings and started walking back to his house. We finally got back to his house and walked inside. He went to the kitchen and I went over and sat on the couch. I quickly text my friend Veronica “Event is next week can't wait to see you." Then I texted my other friend Abi the same thing. Veronica replied saying “Cant wait to see you" and then Abi replied “Great can't wait to see you. Keep in touch. Hayes walked out of the kitchen with a bowl of chips and soda. “I texted my friends and told them". “Great, so what game you want to play. I shrugged my shoulders and told him it didn't matter. He picked out a game and put it in. He walked over to the couch and handed me a controller. “What game." I asked. “Hopefully one you won't know how to play." He smirked and smiled. “Yeah I don't know this game." he smirked and said ok. Secretly this was my favorite video game and I always won. We started playing and it got intense. We said some words and were screaming at each other and teasing each other. We finally got done with the game and I won 12 to 4. “So much for saying you don't know this game huh." I smiled and said “Yeah, this is actually my favorite game." “I see this" he said. We laughed and sat there in silence for a minute. My phone buzzed and I saw I got a text from my mom. “Hey sweetie I'm home. I got the job!!! I start next Tuesday,see you soon." I smiled at the text and told Hayes. We started talking and next thing I know he's leaning in closer and closer to my lips. I feel his hot breath on my face just when the front door swings open and Nash comes walking in. “Hey guys what's going on"  “Hey" we both said and I got up. Hayes got up to and walked towards me. “Where are you going?" he questioned. “Home, I wanna see my mom" He said ok and told Nash that he was going to walk me home. “Hayes you don't have to" “I know but I want to". I smiled and we both walked out of the house and Hayes closed the door. We started walking and he grabbed my hand and I smiled a little bit. “So Amber, wanna go to the movies tomorrow?" “Sure what movie" He stood there thinking and finally said “Annabelle" I gave him a weird look but shook my head yes. I honestly hated scary movies but I would be with Hayes. We finally got to my house and I went to my front door and there Hayes was right in front of me. His face was almost on mine. I felt his warm breath on my face as we were staring right at each other. His eyes were so pretty and his lips looked so kissable.“I like you Amber,I really do.

I stood there looking in his eyes “Hayes I ..." and before I could finish my sentence I felt his lips connect to mine. His lips were so warm and the kiss was so passionate. He finally let got of the kiss and stood there looking at me. “Amber, will you be my girlfriend"
