-Louis' Point of View-
I didn't know, and I wish I did.
He was right in front of my face, and I couldn't tell.
Liam Payne.
I saw him and three others walk out of the woods near my house as I walked home.
I knew it was him from the tingling sensation that happened in my throat. Vampires, when they turn humans and their venom is inside of the human, have senses to know who it is. Even the turned human can tell who is their creator.
Liam and the others walked closer, and I used my speed to run up to my door. He met me there, though the others stayed back.
Liam didn't know I was the Kahn, and nor did I know his powers, or the others.
"Hello there," Liam said as the others stood behind him. I ignored him and dug out my key chain. "I'm talking to you." I sighed in annoyance.
"Yeah, you had plenty of time to talk to me. But, no, you decided to leave before anything. Why would I want to talk to you?" I said, unlocking my door and shoving it open. I felt my rage start, meaning my powers wanted freedom.
"You shouldn't have changed me. I didn't deserve it," he said.
"Yeah. Thanks for the information that I could've used thirty years ago," I walked inside and went to shut the door when all four of the vampires ran in.
"I'm not done talking," Liam said angrily.
"Well I am," I said, feeling my eyes start to change to orange and red. I took a deep breath, not wanting them to know.
"Is that a challenge?" He asked. I let my powers take over. My eyes stayed the same, but my hands started to heat up. The other three stood threatingly behind Liam, fangs showing. I simply smirked at them.
I looked over the three boys. One was tanner than most vampires and had a dark quiff with a blonde strip in the mix. The second had blonde hair with brown roots. The last one made my breath hitch.
He had long, dark brown curls that were held back by a army green head scarf. He was wearing a black button up that was buttoned till the top two buttons, they were undone, allowing two tattooed swallows to show. He was wearing black skinny jeans that looked painted on, and battered brown boots.
His face is what got me most though. He had bright green eyes and a perfectly sculpted jawline. With pink, plump lips.
Yes, I'm gay.
"I could kill you all right now. I don't think you want to mess with me," I threatened. The other three vampires cowered, seeing my hands. I kept my eyes at blue, because I don't want then to know I'm the Kahn.
"Whatever," Liam scoffed.
"Out of my house," I demanded, my voice seeping with a princely tone that I spent years trying to rid of it. Damn it, they'll know now.
Liam smirked.
"No. Not until I'm done with what I need to do," he said, like it was the most obvious thing in in the world. I hissed at him. He just stood. I sighed.
"What do you need? I want nothing to do with you and Curly. Blondie and Raven there," I said, annoyance seeping heavily in my voice.
"I need help finding the Kahn. The King and Queen want him back on the throne," Liam explained. My eyebrows furrowed. Why couldn't they come get me themselves? They should know where I am, right?
"How the hell am I supposed to help you? I already helped you thirty freaking years ago! Km not regretting helping you again!" I yelled, barely hanging on to my sanity.
