chapter 22 - last case hearing..

Naksh picked up keerti from the hostel.. they were going to the temple to thank God..

Naksh - jaldi aayega keerti  hume phir case bhi discuss karna hai Mr Malhotra k sath...

Keerti - Ap nhi chalenge andar sir ?

Naksh - I don't go to temples at all.. tum jao..

Keerti - Sir bhagwaan se narazgi nhi karte... wo toh humesha humare liye acha hi karte hein.. please mere liye aajaiye..

Naksh smiled and went inside with her.. they did puja and took aarti from pandit jii.. 

They both came out...

Naksh - chalen..

Keerti - hmm..

They both went to the car.. naksh's phone rang...

Naksh - Mr Malhotra ka call hai.. you sit inside mein call attend karke aata hun..

He attended the call..

Naksh - Ji Mr malhotra.. we both are coming phir case discuss karte hein.. is aditiya bansal ko hum esi saza dilainge k zindagi mein kabhi kisi ladki ke taraf aankh uthake nhi dekhega... we will be victorious..

" kya ap Aditiya Bansal k baare mein baat kar rhe hein ?? " a voice came from behind.. 

Naksh looked back..  a lady of age of some 24 - 25  yrs was there..

Naksh - Mr malhotra I'll call you back in a while..

Naksh - jii.. lekin ap kon ? Or ap usse kese jaanti hein ??

Lady - mera naam maya hai.. mein aditiya ke ghar mein nokrani thi.. unhone mujhe bade bade sapne dikhai.. mujhe uss ghar ki malkin banane ke sapne dikhai.. or phir....

That lady started crying so much...

Naksh - dekhye.. ap mere sath aaye hum kahin bethke aaram se baat karte hein... aayye...

He took her and made her sit on the back seat of his car.. 

Keerti - Sir ye kon ??

Naksh - I'll tell you first of all let's go to mr malhotra's office.. 

He drove quickly to the lawyer's office..

They reached there in less than 10 minutes... naksh told him how he met her...

Mr malhotra - so.. ap bataein apne baare mein.. or apke sath jo hua wo sab... hum aditiya k khilaaf ek case ladh rhe hein.. jisme hum un sab ladkiyon ka badla lenge jinke sath usne galat kiya hai...

Lady - mera naam Maya hai... mein takreeban 4 saal pehle aditiya k ghar mein nokrani thi.. Aditiya ne mujhe apni baaton mein laake mujhe baade baade sapne dikhai.. phir ek din usne mera sath zabardasti ki.. mein cheekti reh gai lekin koi meri madad ke liye nhi aaya... us ke torture k  nishan abhi tak mere jism pe hein... usne mujhe boht maara or phir mera sath wo sab bhi kiya... 

That girl was almost about to faint ans crying like hell remembering all those moments and torture which she beared on the most worst day of her.. naksh and keerti too had some tears in her eyes..

Malhotra - accha.. ap ro nhi please... mujhe ye batao k tumhara koi medical test ya phir check up hoa tha kya us din ??

Maya - Haan sahab.. unki ek padosi thi Urmila karke.. usne meri cheekhen sunni thi.. wo meri madad k liye aae thi lekin wo aditiya tab tak wahan se jaa chuka tha.. usne mujhe sahara diya.. mujhe hospital bhi leke gai thi or wahan wo doctor ne mera checkup kiya tha or phir kuch tests bhi karwai the..

Malhotra - kya apke paas wo reports ya koi information hai ?

Maya - haan.. wo sab mujhe Urmila behen ne mujhe ek file banake diya tha.. wo shayad mera paas hoga..

Malhotra - great... ap please wo file leke aaengi kal tak ? Apko pata hai k is wakt humare liye ap ek angel banke aae hein... ap agar court mein humare sath chalke apna statement den toh phir pata nhi kitni esi  ladkiyon ko justice milega jo aditiya ki lust or uske andar jo janwaar hai uska shikaar hui hein..

Naksh - please hunpe ek favour kijye.. apke sath sath boht ladkiyoon ko justice milega... please...

Maya - nhi Sir mujhe sharmindaa mat kijye.. mein bhi usse jail mein sadta dekhna chahti hun... mein apke saath zaror aaungi...

Keerti - thankyou so much...

Keerti too started crying..

Naksh - no need to cry keerti.. you are angel.. angels don't cry naa... olease stop crying and give ur beautiful smile please.. it's time for devil to cry..

Keerti looked at him.. and smiled.. the smile naksh wanted from her.. the smile which always took his heart away...

Everyone was at court for the last hearing of case.. naksh was so confident for the victory.. while keerti was bit nervous but seeing naksh standing by her she was gaining confidence..

Malhotra - My lord.. first of all thanks for giving me some time to collect the proofs..  ye video us ghar ki cctv footage hai jahan keerti ke sath harassment hua.. usme sab kuch clear nazar aata hai k Aditiya kese keerti ko bedardi ke sath andar room mein leke jaa rha hai.. or phir kaafi der tak ye room andar se locked hai.. or keerti ke cheekne ki  awazein bhi clearly sunai derhi hai... or andar saman tootne ki awaz bhi aarhi hai... meri ek complaint bhi hai sir.. police ne hume andar room mein jo secret hidden camera tha uski.footage arrange nhi karke de.. meri court se request hai k meri is complaint pe dhyan diya jai...

Judge wrote the statement and watched the cctv footage..

Judge - Mr Sinha ( aditiya's lawyer ) kya apko kuch bolna hai..

Sinha - My Lord mein Miss keerti ko witness box mein bulane ki permission chahta hun..

Judge - ijazat hai.. 

Keerti came..

Sinha - Miss keerti.. is video mein aap hi hein na...

Keerti - jii koi doubt hai apko ??

Sinha - hmm.. nice.. kya ap bataengi ke us din apke saath kya hua tha...

Keerti narrated the whole story...

Sinha - my lord.. miss keerti bolrhi hai k unke sath sexual harassment hua.. uska proof mera Dost Mr Malhotra ne ye cctv footage diya hai.. mera ye question hai kya ye footage  proof karti hai k unke sath ye sab hua ?? Dekhye ye sab mere client k sath bhi toh hosakta hai na ? Kya pata cctv camera k samne ye acting kar rhi hon.. or phir andar jaakar mere client ko target kiya ho ?? Kyn miss goenka ? Sahi bola na mene..

Mr Malhotra - objection My lord.. mr sinha meri client ke character pe ungli utha rhe hein..

Judge - objection overruled.. ap continue karen Mr Sinha..

Sinha - andar se awazein aarhi thi.. lekin kya wo sirf inki thi ? Nhi na.. Mr Aditiya ki bhi thi na..  My Lord ye video kuch proof nhi karta.. islie meri court se ek request hai k wo jald hi apna decision sunake mere client ko baa izat baari karden.. 

Judge noted his statement too...

Judge - Mr malhotra apko kuch kehna hai ??

Mr Malhotra - ji sir.. mein apne witness ko bulana chahunga.. jo khud aditiya ka target thi..
