Dorm B-27

Chapter 27

(Time skip bc I'm lazy)

Lucy and everyone else get back to the dorm pretty late. She immediately goes to Erza's room.  She walks in to see the redhead sleeping. She walks up to her and places a light kiss on the girls forehead. "Erza, please get better soon."  After she says those words she walks out of the room and back out to the kitchen.

"How's Erza doing?" Levy asked

"She's sleeping," Lucy stated looking back to the hallway. She sat down on the table right next to Levy.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Yukino should be here soon."

"I know, I just don't know how I'm going to feel when I see her."

"Whatever happens know that I'm here for you Lucy. I-" she stops because there was knock on the door.

"Could you get it? Please..."

"Of course," Levy opens the door.

"I'm Yukino, I'm going to be your new roommate."

"I know who you are... but please come inside." Yukino walks in and immediately makes eye contact with Lucy. Lucy wanted to look away but she couldn't. A part of her still loved the girl in front of her as much as she didn't want to. She did... she couldn't help it. Yukino was the first person she ever loved and a part of her wanted her to be the last. Now that was actually a possibility. Yukino still loved her and they could be together now.

"Your room with be right here next to Erza's," Levy said bringing Lucy out of her thoughts. "I'm right here," she then pointed at everyone's rooms.

"Thank you," She said getting into her room. Lucy then got up and followed her. She opened the door, "Hey."

"I thought you hated me..." she stayed with her back turned towards Lucy

"Yukino, I don't hate you..." she looks down, "I could never actually hate you."

"I know...I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that in the diner the other day."

"It's okay, really..."

"No it's not... it's just that I can't help but love you, Lucy... all I could ever do was think about you. For the past two years I couldn't stop thinking about you... I know it sounds creepy but I really do love you I've never stopped loving you. But... you don't love me back anymore. And that's okay, I understand... I broke your heart and I left it there for someone else."

"Yukino..." Lucy turned her around so that she was facing her. She lifted her hand up to her cheek, "Look at me... I still have feelings for you... more than I would like to admit but they are there and as much as I don't want to love you I can't help it."
