Send him calming songs that might've helped you calm down through some tough times

If you can, try to call him, excuse him if he doesn't speak at all he's usually just scared he'll break down if he makes any noise, he may just have himself on mute if he doesn't want to be heard crying and sometimes he'll also have his camera off, put music on in the background, keep checking on him and let him message you in response if he hasn't calmed down enough yet, he just likes the company and comfort of having a person with him most of the time, even if it's not irl

Pictures of sneks, puppies/dogs, kittens/cats, horses, anything he likes in general, get a bunch of them and spam him with them XD

If he's in a dysphoric place keep reassuring him about being masculine etc, sometimes he'll even ask "What if I'm not trans", he's a confused boio (but he does feel happier with short hair, the name Daniel (he actually wanted to change it again but he's scared his family will say 'not again' and just be annoyed... Again) baggier clothes to hide his chest if he can't wear his binder and just masculine things in general, he just gets scared he's a fake and just a tomboy). There's also the very awkward topic of periods.. Yeah he begins eating less and just stops taking care of himself, try and help him through that if you can
Number 5
Spam him with funny videos as well, he likes them- Or cute videos- Any good video would be great for the Dan- Anything to make him happy :)
Number 6
If you have to leave don't be afraid to tell him, try and give him things in advance to make up for your absence but if you can't it's okay he has other friends he can ask for help ^^

Get him to breath (Preferably 5 in, hold for 1, 5 out), try and make him follow your lead if you have to, make him tap to music, snuggle with a dog or wrap himself in a blanket
