I looked out among the vast sea of couches, sinks, and lamps. Oh how I hated furniture shopping. But my mother wanted me to come so that was that. We had been hear for nearly one hour and my mother still couldn't decide on new furniture for our house yet.
"Mom the stores closing you can come back tomorrow." I said, kicking at the floor." oh and I am not coming with you again, this was so boring"

My mom gave me a tired smile, "Of course honey, I wouldn't have forced you to come today if I had known it was going to take so long. Why don't you head on up front I am going to check out some more chairs, although I think I found one I like." Mom said with a sigh. Mom walked to the back of the store. I decided to follow her advice and head up front. As I was walking up front, I saw them. How could I miss them, their light grey upholstery and slender frame was almost blinding. I took a step past them only to discover that they tripped me.

As to the fell on the floor I could practically see the chair smirk at me. I got up from the floor and brushed myself off. That chair maybe handsome but I sure was a jerk. I walked towards the front door where my mother was waiting for me. "What took so long?" She asked. I glared at her " I don't wanna talk about don't wanna talk about it. Did you at least pick out some furniture?" My mom smiled triumphantly "Yup a chair and our new coffee table is being delivered tomorrow." I gave her a weak smile as we got into the car "that's great mom." But little did I know that tomorrow my whole life would be turned upside down.
