3 hrs, it took us 3 hrs to just stop his bleeding. How are people able to sleep after hurting someone?This was not an accident case , it was definitely intentionally done. Anyway bleeding was stopped & now we are stitching and replacing the parts which are badly stabbed . I have never seen so many stab wounds on one person . He looked so young it irked me.

9 hrs & we were finally done.
" shall i inform the family now, so they can see him in the ICU , they must be tired waiting by now " i asked HOD , we have to explain everything to them.
"No"
" what? Why ? We will not inform the family? They are outside right?"
"Yes,they are outside but i will inform them. You just take charts from the nurse & come along with me but don't utter a word in front of them . Let me do the talking "
" Then why i am going?"
" Sustenance, moral support. Now shall we move"
I looked , i really looked at him, what the hell happened to this guy today . I have never seen him like this , so pale & kind of lost & it's not even that we lost the patient.
"Come" he shouted
" ya ya " jeez he is making me nervous now .

We entered the waiting area & that is kind of empty, no it is empty except the three people sitting in the corner (one lady and two men).weird it's one of the most buzzing areas of the hospital. Anyways we walked towards them & as soon as the lady saw us she started asking about the patient. NICOLE that's name of the patient . HOD started explaining everything to them .

" But why it took so damm long, shouldn't it had been done in 5-6 hrs .we are waiting whole damm day , & everytime i asked your stupid nurses , they were telling we are doing our best . I didn't knew your best takes whole damm day . What you guys were doing , snacking around? " suddenly this guy who was standing there from that time quietly shouted.

" Then you should have did it by yourself " i snapped.
" Excuse me" finally he turned towards me recognizing there was someone else also in the room.
" Excused "
"Who the hell are you?"
" The people who saved your goddamm family "
" oh so you were there too"
" finally using your brains i see "
" what did you just say? He started telling something but HOD suddenly apologized & gave me that " don't you dare look"i singed

" sir , first this is a surgical procedure not five minutes instant noodles mix making, we had to stop the bleeding first . Second the nurses you are calling stupid were just trying to ensure you& third our first duty is to stabilize the patient not there families mood with due respect "

I knew by the looks on his face that I have reached his melting point.

" Do you know who i am ?" And there we go again,  why rich people think everyone should know them . By the way he asked that question i  knew he was  important otherwise he wouldn't have thrown that question.

" No"

" so "? He just smirked.
" you will understand very soon "
