Bianca's POV

Well looks like I'm going to court today!! Its only been one week since my "mom" got back and we are already going to court. I just hope I don't have to go back and live with her because I've made friends already and I love Pete so much! Also it would crush Bronx if I left and I haven't even got to know MJ that well yet. "Hey B are you ready to go?" Dad yelled from downstairs "Yep I will be down in a second!" I replied. I ran downstairs to see Dad, Lauren, MJ and Brendon standing there with nervous looks on their faces. Expect Dad looked determined you could say. We got in Dad's car off to court!!

*At the court house*

When I walked in I saw the judge and the jury as well as my "mom" and Jess then Jess shot me a look that said I'm sorry. We got seated and the judge said "Well today we are here to see who will be the guardian of Bianca Adler!" I gritted my teeth when he said my last name it was Wentz for goodness sakes!!! Then he said "Mrs.Adler please come up to the podium and state why you should have custody over Bianca." My "mother" walked up to the podium and started talking "Well you see judge I went on a business trip for a couple weeks and when I came back my daughter was gone!! I was quite shocked and you see I don't think Mr.Wentz is very responsible and able to care of a teenager. While Bianca was with Mr.Wentz I found out that she has started swearing and has gotten into the wrong group of friends. Kids that are rude and are different as well as suicidal and emo and that could also be gay!!! I don't want my daughter to be influenced the wrong way! I was raised in the to know that swearing and trying to take your own life is a sin as well as liking the same gender. Now my statements show that Bianca should stay with me and I can teach her the right way of living and get her away from this satanic music!" I was horrified by my "mom" 's statements I knew she was strict and mean but this is a whole other extent!!! She is basically bashing gay people and people for being different!

A/N : I'm not bashing on Christians or people who's religion that does not support gay rights this is just part of the story please don't take it the wrong way!!

"Thank you for your statements Mrs.Adler now Mr.Wentz please come up and give us your statements." the judge said Dad walked up to the podium with a brave look on his face and started his statements "Hi I'm Bianca's biological father Pete Wentz and I'm here to convince you that B should stay with me. Now I know MrsAdler statements were strong but I'm going to tell you mine Bianca seems so much happier with me not saying she wasn't happy with Mrs.Adler. My life has been so much brighter since Bianca showed up in my life and same with my son he loves her as well as my girlfriend. I know she has not been living with me for that long but she is already a part of the family!! I can't just let her go after only knowing her for less then a month. She has made so many friends already and is happy here in L.A with me please don't make her leave just because her "mother" wants her back!! That is all on my part please consider my words and take them to heart!" after Dad walked off the podium I had tears of happiness in my eyes and ran up and hugged him whispering "That was amazing!! Thank you!" Then the judge rammed his gavel and shouted "Attention!!! Now it has come for you to find out who will get custody of Bianca here. Bianca now I would like you to live with Mr.Wentz but when you went and found your father you were not a adult and you still aren't. So I am sorry to say you will have to go live with Mrs.Adler here because she has the adoption papers which state that she has full custody over you! This case is now dismissed!" my heart sank when I heard those last words I didn't know what to say! It was all over I had to go back with my so called "mother" and most likely never see my dad again! Then all of the sudden Seth ran in and he looked like a mess his hair sort of looked like a porcupine and was yelling "Wait stop before you make the verdict I have some information that could change everything!!" the judge stated at him and said "Okay but only 15 minutes that's it!" Seth went to the podium and said "Thank you!! Well I was looking up some information about custody and I found out that if the papers at a medical clinic or health clinic were signed by someone 18 or older and these papers were about the child regarding parents that the parent that is biological gets custody if that child. Since Bianca went and got a DNA test and Jess her older sister signed them who is 18 and Bianca chose to live with Pete Wentz so really Bianca gets to stay with her father if she would like!" The judge looked somewhat happy he turned to Dad and said "This young intelligent man is right Bianca gets to live with you and you have full custody over her! Case is now dismissed once and for all!" I look at Seth with tears in my eyes and mouthed thank you to him I was so relived. My "mother" walked over to me and said "Well good job Mr.Wentz and Bianca I will ship your stuff to L.A goodbye for now." then she walked away with a sour look on her face. Seth walked up to us and I tackled him in a hug and I whispered "Thank you so much you don't know how thankful I am I can never repay you!" then Dad said "Thank you truly Seth without you my daughter would be living with that bitch over there!" Seth replied with "Your welcome I didn't want her to go either for someone I don't know that well I know that for sure she is worth saving!" Then I asked Dad "Hey since court is done can me and Seth go hang out?" "Sure be careful and text me if you two need rides I will send Brendon!" Dad replied when Brendon heard this he got a pouty look on his face I quickly pulled Seth out of there before Brendon did anything stupid. We went to Starbucks and then went to the park and sat down to learn more about each other I made Seth go first. "Well until this year I was an only child and my life before this crazy life was different at first it was only me and my mum. She struggled with money for everything and to make things worse she was paying for my therapy which made me even more depressed. When I was 13 I stopped eating so she could and I went into a bad state of mind then you know about my friend and that hit me hard but I got better for him. Then we moved and my mum met my stepdad or dad and we are here now ,happier I have met a lot if great people like Ryan who you met and you I can never forget about you! I haven't relapsed at all and now I'm better! On a lighter note I'm a reckless Killjoy and Overcast kid as well as a professional mosher that's what I think um I have always wanted to be in a band that's my biggest dream!! Now it's your turn B." I started my life story "Well like you I had no dad but I had a strict mother and an amazing sister, my sister was my rock whenever my mother wasn't home. I never really had a mother because she was never home I had to deal with my own problems and I never had a normal childhood. When I was about 13 I was introduced to the best music ever punk pop and punk rock as well as rock my mom hated it so I just played it louder when she was home. I also started to notice that I was nothing like my family and I knew that I was adopted at age 15. So now we are here I'm living with my real dad and I have the best friends ever that's it!" I finished. Seth stared at me with his amazing bright blue eyes and said "I got to go I had a great time and one more thing..." he leaned in and kissed me on the lips!! It was magical! I felt fireworks not to sound cliche!! He got up and said "See ya later B I will talk to you later and I felt a connection just so you know!" and with that he walked back to his house. I called Brendon and he picked me up and when I got home I ran straight towards Lauren's room to tell her everything!
