To say Calum was shocked when Luke came back, was an understatement, although he was ecstatic.

The two lovers laid in bed, recovering from the intimate night they'd spent together, their legs entangled with each other as their arms overlapped against Lukes chest, their eyes glued to the ceiling, the comfortable silence surrounding them, until the silence was broken,

"I don't want anything to break us anymore, Cal...it's draining the amount of times we've had to come back to eachother, when we shouldn't have to do that." Luke spoke, his voice soft, full of worry,

"Well that's not going to happen, we can ignore everyone, it can just be me and you from now on, we don't need anyone telling us what to do with our relationship." Calum whispered, his brown irises travelling to look down at the boys ocean blue ones, which looked at him with hope.

Luke planted a kiss upon his lips, staying for a moment before pulling away, a content sigh falling from his lips, he sat up and looked down at the male, a grin plastered to his lips,

"I love you too-" Calum whispered, before adding to the words which confused Luke "I didn't say it back last night.." He hummed, his response short, yet understanding for the blonde, Luke kissed him, it was short, but passionate, before standing and pulling on a black shirt, which most likely was owned by Calum, who wouldn't have minded, he glanced up at Calum,

"It's nearly Christmas." He hummed, wiggling his brows at the male, who just chuckled at him and nodded, opening his arms for the blonde once more, to which the boy shook his head,

"No, get up, we're going to the Christmas market!" He grinned like a child, clapping his hands as he grabbed his clothing and changed into them, watching as Calum groaned and pulled the covers over his head,

"I'm sick-"

"Don't give me that bullsh- just get up Calum." He changed his choice of words when Calum peeked out and looked at him with stern eyes, before he dramatically got out of the bed, walking past the boy to his drawers, he stopped rummaging through the clothing when a sharp smack was placed to his ass, he turned around and glared at the boy, who's face dropped,

"I am so sorry, it was just, I don't actually know how to explain myself, I just felt like I should have done it-" He couldn't carry on with his words as he laughed to himself, finding a way to justify his actions as Calum stared at him, clearly not impressed, he just shook his head and changed into his clothing, the boy finally calming down by the time he was ready, they both put on their coats and Luke latched onto Calums hand as they left the apartment,

Calum watched as the boy hummed happily, hopping down the stairs carefully as he trailed behind him, once they stepped out of the building, the blonde gasped happily,

"It's snowing!"

Calum hummed on response, watching as the snow sat on the blondes hair and clothing, he smiled as he admired the boys happy features, there was always something he loved about Luke, it was mostly everything, but there was one specific thing, which radiated off onto Calum, changing him from his cold heart to caring and soft.

Luke snapped him out of his zone, by dragging him down the winter Street, towards the square which was illuminated by colourful lights, soft Christmas music playing quietly, getting louder as they neared the market,

"It's so pretty!"

The two walked into the crowd, the aroma of gingerbread filling their noses as children ran around happily with their parents, catching snowflakes in their hands and showing their parents proudly.

"Where do you wanna go, Sweetheart?" Calum spoke lowly, Luke cuddled into the males side and looked around, pointing over to a hot chocolate stand, Calum wrapped his arm around the blondes waist, walking over and looking at the flavours,

"Which one baby?" He questioned, looking down at Luke, who's nose by now was red along with his cheeks, He stood and hummed for a moment as he decided,

"May I have the peppermint hot chocolate please, Da-Calum." Lukes face went beet red, Calum smirked softly and shook his head as he placed their orders, not long after paying and taking them, handing one to Luke as they walked away,

"Daddy, huh?"

He chuckled softly and looked at Luke who just slapped his stomach gently, shaking his head as he took a sip from his drink, moaning in delight, Calum put his arm around his waist and pulled him closer, rubbing his arm,

"You're so adorable."

Luke smiled up at him and kissed his cheek, before pulling Calum over to a stand selling mistletoe, Luke picked one up and held it above the two of their heads,

"Give me a kiss daddy." He whispered, grinning sweetly, Calum smirked softly and leaned down, capturing the boys lips in a loving kiss, after moments, Luke pulled away and laid his head against his chest,

"Can we go home and cuddle, it's cold." Luke mumbled, to which Calum obliged to and grabbed his hand gently, the two making their way home.
