Mental issues: Celeste has a mild learning disability & a mild speech impediment. She has some anxiety and PTSD from years of abuse at the hands of her father.
Weakness: The same as any other human, assuming that someone could touch her. Celeste slows down after pushing herself too long. This was a result of a severely twisted ankle she got when she was running away from a bully chasing her in middle school.
Strengths:
Psychic powers: Celeste has telekinesis, the ability to move things with her mind, can control the wind at will. Celeste has the ability to project her powers into a spirit bound to her she calls Ace(This form of her abilities can be compared to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure part 3[season 2] on).
Other talents/hobbies/abilities: Celeste can draw and read tarot cards.
Weapon of Choice: Other than her powers, she uses her umbrella. Just as in her origin story, the top of Celeste's umbrella is made of metal and is nearly sharp enough to cause damage when used as a weapon.
Killing Style: Usually from several feet away using her bound spirit, Ace, or using her telekinesis with her ability to control the wind to hide her location better.
