There was a time when princess zelda was takin by ganondorf, the king of thieves and only the hero of time could save her...

You walked up the steps of the  Castle, ready to talk with the princess, Zelda. You were young, around the age of 12 but a great fighter that served Zelda and would spent time with her too. Once you were met by the princess there was a young boy, around your age talking with her and she stoped looking at you. " ah, your here (y/n)!" She said. " I need you to be links partner on a quest, and I only picked you because I trust you. Do you agree to help link?" You looked at Zelda and smiled. " of course, princess." She smiled back. " now this will be a hard quest so please try not to die." Her voice sounded sad at the end. She would hate to see you die because you were the only person she relied on for support or just to talk to. " I'll do my best." You said.

After that talk you and link walked out of the castle town. You were a bit scared of what will happen but you stayed strong.
"So what place do you want to go to?" Link said, looking into your eyes. " how about zora's domain?" With that said, link and you when off to go get the spiritual stone.

as night came you and link desided to set up camp. You went to go look for bark and sticks while link took care of setting up. It took a while but you found enough wood for the fire and went back to link. " I got wood!" You said happily to link as y'all started the fire. It was a cool night but you knew if y'all didn't have a fire going y'all could freeze up and get a cold maybe. " so link..." You said. " what is your home like?" He likes at the fire and started to speak. " well it was a nice village that was protected by a tree, well a magical tree. He was called the deku tree ( sorry if I'm wrong) and he asked me to talk to him. I went to talk to him and he told me that I was the chosen one to protect hyrule for evil. Then he gave me this spiritual stone" link said showing you the stone. It was a beautiful green color and it shined when the fires light reflected off of it. " he then told me to talk to the princess so I did and now here we are." He smiled. "So, how did you become the princesse's guard?" You looked at him. " well when I was little my father and mother where also Zelda's guards and my father taught me how to fight so I could protect myself. Zelda knew how strong I was and asked if I wanted to help her. I did so, and then me and Zelda became freinds too. I would say we were like sisters cause of how are friendship was. Zelda told me about ganondorf and she told me she could see the evil in his eyes, I believed her cause I saw it too. I was in my room when I was told Zelda wanted to talk with me and now here we are." You sighed happily. " so link do you have a mother or father?" He froze for a minute but said. " I don't know if I did or not, i never met them..." You felt guilt build in you gut. " I'm sorry....but hey! My mother and father died for a fullness when I was 5 so I can understand how it feels not having a mother or father by your side." He looked at you and sighed. "Link, I'm here for you, ok?" You saw a bit of blush on his cheeks. " I'm here for you too, (y/n)." You smiled, a bit a blush on your cheeks too. " I think we should rest up for tomorrow." He said laying down, you did so as well. You closed your eyes and heard link say " goodnight, (y/n)." You smiled " goodnight, link." After that you fell into a nice slumber.
