Ring ring !
The sound of my alarm sigh it's always my least favorite thing to hear but this morning it's making my head pound! See,  ya your girl got home from work me and my best friend Don Julio had some much needed alone time.
I roll over  to the edge of my bed searching for my phone, when I see my bottle of DonJulio empty.
I've never been able to finish a whole bottle !... yeah shit was getting out of hand and I have to make sure I get myself back on track. I slowly get up out of bed, making my way to the kitchen.. I need something to drink.
I open my refrigerator and glanced at what little items were in there... milk?...no...water?..no OJ!?.. yes!
I say out loud grabbing the OJ from the refrigerator.
I have a seat a the counter and pour me a glass, while I check all my social media platforms. I get right on Instagram and like a crackhead I go straight to Tim's page ... and see that he's posted a nice picture of him and his "girlfriend"  They're In somewhat matching  out fits.. he's arms are warped around her waist , as he's so lovingly placing a kiss on her cheek.
I become sick to my stomach, I don't know if it was from seeing them together or if it was from the drinks I had last night but it was all coming up! I run to the bathroom straight to the toilet throwing it all up ..this went on for 2 minutes.
when there's nothing left in my stomach I lift my head and rest against the wall, taking in slow deep breathes.

Now y'all you're girl knew what she was getting herself into  but still some how I'm sitting here in my feelings like a dumb hoe.

I get up off the floor searching my medicine cabinet for a standback, once I locate the standback I open the package and pour the Constant into my mouth,
I grab a cup of water washing down the bitter taste of the medicine.
Feeling weak and sluggish I shuffle my feet across my hardwood floors.
I head back into my kitchen sitting down at the counter eating a piece of toast packed with butter to ease my stomach.
I then rest my head on the cool marble counter top, pondering on how I was going to get through the day at work in this state. I lay there for about 5min before I force myself to get up and ready for work. After I hop out of the shower I lotion my body and spray on my favorites perfume scents,Versace Crystal. I walk over to my dresser and pick out A lace red thong.
Y'all yo girl may feel like shit but she'll never look it okayyyy!
I head to my closet and retrieve my red pencil dress that has a low cut out back, it's still very professional but sexy at the same time. I pair my dress with some black stiletto heels and a small handbag. For my hair I decided to wear it down, my luscious curls reaching my mid back, pulling the look together. I grab my keys and head out the door, once in my car I put on (Jill Scott - hate on me ) turning it up letting it blast through the speakers. I pull off jaming for 15 mins until I pull up to work.

I park my car turning it off, I set back trying to get my mind and spirit together before having to walk into this place, while having to deal with all these people but more specifically one person ... ding ding you guessed right Tim.

I take 3 deep breaths letting them out slowly
your got this girl! I say to myself.. you're a boss don't let them / him see you sweat. I grab my purse and head inside. Setting in the lobby is the security guard Anthony.
Anthony: Hey Ms, Banks! ..man old man are you looking good!.. I mean you look good everyday but to-day! Lordt !
He says eyeing me up and down with a lustful Grin on his face. Anthony is about 6'2 medium built, athletic with chestnut color skin and a mouth full of straight white teeth.

I giggled and blushed at his flirting .Anthony sure does know how to make a girl feel good about herself.

I continue to walk towards the elevators.

Anthony : I'm gonna make you mine one day lady Banks! ....He shouts across the lobby!

I look around slightly embarrassed "boy hush!" I say while giggling and I watch him smile as the elevator doors close.
