Chapter 10: Momma's Little Boy

"UA has... Dorms?" You blinked.

"Apparently," Bakugou grumbled. You didn't want to be rude and stepped off to the side to allow your boyfriend within your home. Bakugou followed after your lead and shrugged off his boots just to throw himself atop the much neglected couch compared to the recliner across the way whose cushioned seat were sunken and faded. Bakugou'e feet soon made themselves comfortable atop the coffee table and hands to comfort his bush of blonde. Even before the kidnapping, Bakugou is known to get comfortable within your home with or without an invitation. Not like you mind, he's always welcome in your eyes. But apparently today Bakugou has an earful of information to deliver.

"I'm assuming Aizawa hasn't told you a thing has he?" Bakugou assumed correctly. Of course you had no clue that UA has dorms on campus.

You frowned, "not a thing." You answered all the while taking a seat upon Aizawa's recliner chair just to stand back up immediately. You knew the cushioned seat was worn out visually, but you could feel the springs push up against your behind roughly as if no cushion remained. How could that man find that thing comfortable enough to sleep? Well... Then again if you're tired enough you'll sleep anywhere, heck you've fallen asleep standing up before.

"Get over here, " Bakugou pats the seat next to himself after realizing your poor choice in seating. You couldn't get anymore thankful that he had practically read your mind and sat down as instructed.

Bakugou's orbs of crimson locked on your form and hadn't faltered. You've noticed he's been doing this an awful lot lately ever since you're conciousness came back from being Ark for who knows how long. Bakugou claims you were mentally gone for two months, yeah, more it felt like an eternity! And so you rested your head upon Bakugou's shoulder, snuggling into his side. For some reason he's so calm around yourself in particular, it's almost sweet how he let's you do whatever you want without backlash... Most of the time. When alone, he's sweet like candy, with others he's a ticking time bomb.

"So... How'd you learn about the school dorms?" You hummed. "I've been left out of the loop alot lately with all of my counsellor visits and... Stuff," stuff being Aizawa's usual nagging about school and how many meetings and court cases he's been dragged into lately. You block him out half of the time cause who wants to listen to that for hours on end?

"All Might and Aizawa were just literally at my house saying that because our asses got kidnapped the school needs to live in dorms. Apparently everything is our damn faults..." Bakugou rubbed the side of his head with a hiss thereafter. "My mom beat my ass in front of them too... Stupid Bitch."

"I haven't even seen let alone talked to Toshi once since our rescue..." You couldn't help but to bring that point into the light. You've called him, even begged Aizawa to set up a time to see Toshinori but they're both too busy to do anything with or for you in particular. It brings back sour memories, memories you never wanted to revisit.

Your silence stained the atmosphere, Bakugou read your troubles with ease. "All Might looks like shit right now! Honestly I'm surprised he's even able to walk around," a wish to settle your nerves backfired.

"That bad?"

"Yeah..." Bakugou grumbled before holding his right arm out before himself. "Said it himself that he's always in pain and it'll take a miracle for him to be able to use his arm again," you gasped leaving the room for a moment to let everything sit in. Once again, you're probably blaming yourself for All Might's bitter yet honorable end to more than a few decades of hero work, Bakugou understood perfectly, he's blaming himself a little bit as well. You got kidnapped first, then kidnapped Bakugou, resulting in All Might's end. You're suffering more and he knew it well.
