Let Me Go With The Truth

If you are not ready to marry me and have kids with me one day, tell me the truth and let me go. I want a wedding, regardless of how the people important to us feel about us. It can be small, but I want to honor our commitment to each other and those who we care about. I promise to love you forever with everyone you love as my witness. 

If you can't treasure the body I have saved and given to you with my heart and soul, let me go with the truth. I may never be the fittest person in the world, but I promise to travel the world with you step-by-step. I may never be the most beautiful person in the world, but I need to be the most beautiful person in your world.

If you do not want to learn how to communicate with me through happy and stressful times,  let me go with the truth. I hear the words from your heart with my sensitive ears. Reach my heart and soul with your thoughts. Don't ever shut me out. Keep your soul open to me with your lips. 

If you do not love the forgiving, loving, growing, overthinking, spontaneous, adorable, strong, and bruised soul inside of me, let me go with the truth. My soul is bright and dedicated to yours, but if you can't accept it with your heart and soul, I will have to protect my soul and direct its shine elsewhere.

If you can't stay with me regardless of the temporary time we will need to be apart to put our livelihoods first, let me go with the truth. I am willing to wait for you if I can't chase after you. Time is temporary. At some point, we won't be able to love each other in person. But the heart can reach across the distance with communication and care. 

If you can't stay loyal to me forever, let me go with the truth. If I change for us and yet distance, attention from another, stress and wandering eyes can still cause you to turn your heart and body to another, you don't deserve my vow of loyalty to you. Tell me the truth and let me go. 

If you only want half of me, let me go with the truth. If the strong and smart me is the only one you want, let me go with the truth. If you cannot love the silly, soft, spontaneous, and weak me, tell me the truth and let me go. 

If you can't get over your ego to change for me like I am willing to do for you, let me go with the truth. I can admit my weaknesses and reliance on you. I am willing to change. If "that is who I am," is your excuse for not being able to change and treat me right, then let me go with the truth. 

If you can't get over an ideal dream of a woman that isn't me, let me go with the truth and never look back. If I will never be fit enough, beautiful enough, sexy enough, smart enough, cute enough, loving enough, worthy enough, let me go with the truth and never look back.

If you can't forgive me for my mistakes, let me go with the truth.

I don't want to put my effort into someone who won't grow with me and for us.

If you want to share your soul with me.

If you never want to let me go.

If you want to be my world.

This is my proposal to you. For forever. Because we've been together long enough to know now if we are willing to grow, forgive, and love each other forever.
