A FEW DAYS LATER
Serena's POV
"Don't even get me started on his cute purple hair.. I wish he'd let me put it in a man bun.." Dawn said. I giggled. She was always talking about Paul but this time.. since I was over Ash.. I can listen to her without envy.
"Drew has been more persistent about the whole. Dating thing. He really likes me.. I think I'm starting to fall for him." May blushes. I smiled at her.
"What about you, Serena?" Dawn asks me. I lift my eyebrows.
"I'd prefer to be a lone wolf." I say, jokingly. May laughs.
"Come on Sere! You'll find the one som-"
"Hey, blonde wanna go out sometime?" It was the boy with the spikey brown hair. I rolled my eyes. And Dawn opened her big, fat mouth and said..
"She'd love to! Right Serena?" Dawn gave me 'the look' I crossed my arms.
"N-" Dawn kicked me from under the table. "-oo problem. Sure, when?" I say.
"Tonight, the movies. Just you and me." He says. I smile, but you can tell I'm forcing myself.
"What's your name?" I ask.
"Gary Oak. And I know you, Serena." He smiled flirtly and left. Dawn nudged me.
"Serena's got a date with Gary!" May smirks. I kick her.
"Oowww wtf?!" Dawn giggles.
"Dawn, if I were you I wouldn't be laughing!! Your the one who got me into this!!" I growl.
"Hey, at least your not depressed!" Dawn says and smiles. I sigh.
"I guess this is the next step.. moving on to somebody new. I think I'm ready. No more sobbing over Ash. This girl is moving on!!" I say cheerfully.
Gary's POV
Heh. Serena is adorable. I just gotta make her swoon and then... BAM!! Gary Oak is back at the game. Honestly, she was already all like, Gary.. u love you. Take me.. I think that she was done for a long time ago. Serena... I'm ready to rock. Your. World.
