As I was ascending the endless stairway

The one that reached to "heaven"

I fantasized too much, and misstepped on a void

The void that led me to a world, magical like that of Alice.

I immediately felt my blood come to a jerky hiatus

When a rabbit and a goat came to my rescue...

It was not the personified "animals" that robbed me of my breath

But rather the care shown to me by the childish animals.

I was taken to a monk clad in white

Who asked me if it was my sadness's bite.

I refused, saying I got stuck in rather a labyrinth

A labyrinth of suffering whom only Green's Miles could escape

She wondered, never having felt such conflicting tarots.

As she was treating me, she gave me a diamond

Which, she told would ease my ambiguous pain

Seeing the diamond, the rabbit's(whose only teeth glowed) eye glowed

It wanted the jewel, which it got.

I watched it caress the diamond until it faded bits by bits

I soon climbed out the void, to a world leaving the rabbit engaged to a horse

It was then that I heard a loud earthquake in me

What was it that came from within me ?

What so capable to change a rascal ?

I survived the "hole"

But it was only later that I realized,

I was descending the cliffs to hell.
