Chapter 2: Moving on

JoJo gets to LA and he realizes he can't do this to Angel he refuses to lose his family behind some bull shit. He purchases a ticket to fly back to Texas but his flight doesn't leave for four hours. JoJo decides to explore LA he's never left the south but always dreamed of LA. After walking the streets of Rodeo and seeing paparazzi he realizes his life will be like that soon. Money and Power in magazines "Ma kid gone have it all" August is sitting on the bed with a pen and a notebook the cover says "The product" he's writing his first EP. August opens his laptop and put on his head phones listening to beats and writing. Kimoria is researching cosmetology schools in Atlanta. She don't care about the fame she's about to come into she just wants to follow her dreams with the love of her life. Raesha and Brian are out shopping for the twins. They shop until Raesha gets sick and wants to go home. Angel knocks on Kimoria and August door

Kimoria: Come in, Angel girl what's wrong

Angel: it's JoJo he lied to me he said he was going to New Orleans but he's in Cali

Kimoria: how do you know he's is Cali

August leaves the room he can't concentrate.

Angel: Kim I checked the bank statements he went to get crystal I know he did

Kimoria: girl wipe yur face stop cryen over his ass don't show him that he can get you to that point. I got this as soon as he gets home he will hear ma mouth.

Angel: I just want him to be honest Ria

Kimoria: we all want honesty I know that's my brother but i refuse to let him do you like that go pack we leave in 2 weeks and our lives will be changed for the good.

Angel leave and goes to pack. August left his phone in the room it rings but it's an unknown number. Kimoria answers it.

Kimoria: helluh

Man: can I speak with August Alsina

Kimoria: may I ask whose calling

Man: Gary Wilds the producer of the American Dream.

Kimoria: hold on moment.

Kimoria takes august the phone.

Kimoria: Babe it's the producer from VH1

August puts the phone on speaker. Kimoria and Angel sit at the table waiting on the news they are about to hear.

August: yes sir, what's the news

Mr.Wilds: I tried to contact Joseph king but there was no answer I'm just calling to make sure you all check your emails.

Just as August is talking to Mr.Wilds Brian and Raesha walk in.

Mr.Wilds: no we are honored to have y'all when you make it to Atlanta call my assistant so she can set up photo shoots

August hangs up the phone.

Kimoria gets meat out for dinner and Raesha goes to pack the babbies clothes. Brian and August go to the backyard to smoke.
