::So much for an amazing anniversary dinner..::

::Rachel’s P.O.V::

“Jacob!”

“I’m coming!”

The doorbell rang a couple times and I made my way to the front door and opened it to see Teresa standing on the porch.

She smiled and leaned forward and hugged me.

“Happy Anniversary.” She smiled.

“Thanks.”

“You’re getting so big honey!”

I sighed.

“Don’t remind me.”

We laughed and Jacob joined us downstairs followed by Amber-Lee who’s eyes opened wide and ran straight to Teresa when she saw her.

“Mami!”

“Hi sweetheart.” She laughed kissing her on her forehead.

“So, we’re about to head out.” I said inviting her inside and walking into the kitchen and walking back out with a bottle of vitamin water. “Don’t let Amber stay up past 10 please, or she won’t fall asleep at all, You have mine and Jacob’s numbers, Call us if anything happens.”

“I know honey,” She laughed, “I raised a very healthy boy right behind you.”

Jacob smiled.

“Happy Anniversary.” She smiled kissing him on his cheek.

“Thanks Mama,”

“Thanks again for baby-sitting.”

“No problem, I want you guys to have fun.”

“We will,” He smiled.

“We’re going to dinner Jacob.”

“I know, then we could have a little fun later.” He smirked leaning forward and kissing me on my cheek.

“Your mom’s right there,” I said turning red.

“Pretend like I’m not,” She laughed.

“Ew Daddy!”

“What?”

Amber-Lee shook her head and I laughed.

“Be good for mami,”

“I will.”

“I made some empanadas before I left home.”

Amber-Lee && Jacob’s eyes opened wide.

“Jacob, Come on.”

“Mama, Can I get one though?”

“They’re for my granddaughter,” She said handing her one.

Jacob slipped it out her hand before it could reach Amber-Lee’s and sped out the door.

“Daddy!” Amber-Lee shouted out behind him.

He appeared back by the door and blew her a kiss and she laughed.

I bent down as far as I could and gave her a kiss on her forehead.

“I’ll see you when we get back.”

“Alright, Have fun.” Teresa smiled.

I smiled at her before making my way outside where Jacob was already in the car, Still munching down on his Empanada.

When he saw me he got out the car and opened the door for me and helped me inside the car before getting in himself.

Amber-lee and Teresa walked outside and waved at us and we waved back before Jacob drove out the driveway and down the street to the restaurant.
