why i got a new dad

chapter 2 the compound

   As Tony and Peter pulled up to the compond all the lights were on and then Happy cam outside. Tony parked the Audi and Happy grabbed Peter's bag from the trunk while Tony went to grab Peter from the passenger side. The moment that Tony opeed the door Peter immediately clung to Tony. Tony didn't mind as he thought of Peter as his own kid. Tony and Peter went inside, Tony took Peter to his room that was already set up as Tony thought that PEter would join the Avengers. When they got to Peter's room Tony opened the door and inside of it was red and blue with white that was spiderweb on the walls. The bed sheets are Ironman themed and there is a picture of Ironman with his signature above the head of the bed. There is also Star War legos and posters everywhere and a Ironman action figure on the book shelf, Next to the bed there is a dest with a laptop and the newest Stark phone with a few pencils. Tony took Peter to his bed and they both layed there for a few minutes before Peter said anything.
"Mr. Stark what is going to happen now?" Peter said while holdng in a sob.
"I don't know kid, but you are always welcomed here and you can stay as long as you like"  Tony said in a calming voice.
"Really Mr. Stark I can" Peter was practically boucing up and down on his bed we said that.
"Yes you can and please call me Tony Mr. Stark make me feel old"
  "Ok Mr. Stark i mean Tony"
  "OK kid i'm going to leave so you can get some sleep it is almost midnight"
  "Wait can you stay with me please"
  "Sure kid"
Tony went and layed down by Peter and hugged him. They both ended up falling asleep. Pepper was now at home she asked FRIDAY where Tony was.
Tony is with Peter in Peter's room miss Potts
"Thanks FRIDAY"
Pepper went to Peter's room and found both Tony and Peter asleep and hugging each other.
"hey FRIDAY can you please take a picture and send it to me and Tony"
  Already done Miss Potts
"Thanks Fri" Pepper said as she was making the picture her new wallpaper for her phone.

Tony woke up and saw that he was hugging his kid he looked at the time and saw that it was 3 a.m. so Tony fell back asleep.
Peter woke up at 8 a.m. and saw that him and his da-Tony were hugging so he decided to wake up his da-Tony.
                          Peters Mind
I've always thought of Tony as a father-figure, but he didn't know if he felt the same or not. So i guess i'll just have to call him my dad in my mind.
As Peter was thinking Tony woke up and saw that Peter was awake.
"Good morining Peter"
  "Good morning dad" Peter gasped right when he finished saying dad
  " Oh my gosh i didn't mean to call you dad even thought i think of you as a father figure"
"Peter its fine i think of you as my son so you can call me dad if you want to"
"Wait really thank you dad"
"You are welcome Pete"
"Wait does that mean i can call Pepper mom"
"Only if she doesn't mind being called mom. You can ask her when we go and eat some breakfast. Lets go"
They both get up and go to the kitchen to eat some breakfast. When they got to the kitchen they saw Pepper making eggs and bacon. As Pepper was putting the eggs and bacon on the plate for Tony and Peter, Peter asked
"Hey Pepper is it okay if i call you mom?"
"Um... ok yeah sure you can call me mom" she said with a suprised tone in her voice.
"Are you sure Pep you sound really surprised about it"
"Yeah i'm fine with it. It just took me by surprise thats all."
"Okay"

After breakfast Tony and Peter went down to the lab to work. Pepper came in and told Peter that he wont have to got to school till after break whitch starts next week so Peter has a week and half off of school. Peter was super happy and a little sad at the same time. Sure he was glad that he didn't have to go to school for almost 2 weeks, but that means he won't get to see Ned or MJ, and since Ned is going a cruise he won't be back till the week after break.
