A hurt hamster is never good so you should rush them to the closest animal hospital with A GOOD reputation. If you don't this may resolve in the hamster CHEWING OFF the hurt limb. Now I know this doesn't feel or sound right but if your hamster only lives around 2-4 years than I wouldn't spend hundreds of dollars trying to cure there sickness, I'm sorry.
