Jennie Kim and Lalisa Manoban are medical students who have been at each other's throat since their first year of medical degree. On their 4th year of rivalry, they are forced to team up for what they thought of as a simple game of human chess, a form of chess in which people take the place of pieces.
Jennie Kim as the Queen, and Lalisa Manoban as the King, can the two rivals go past their long time rivalry and work together to win the game? Or will one of them perish under the condition when you lose the game, you die in real life.
