Learn to be alone but not lonely

    Let me ask you a question.Why are you always seeking attention?Why do you always want to be with someone familiar?Does it make you feel good?Worthy?

    Do you think that staying with others and being praised by them will change something?I mean,you are the person you created and others can not influence that.

    Why not stay alone?Everyone is special in his own way.Let me tell you something.You DON'T need anyone.You can be by yourself.Living your life,on your own peace and enjoying your own company.That way you have more freedom and you can experiment things you were to afraid to do before(because the opinions of others or their disagreement).

Ok,let me get something straight.I won't present you any secret,miraculous formula how you can shift from an outgoing person to a happy loner but I can give you some tips an tricks to make the change faster and smoother.

    The most important step to learn to be alone and live a happier life is to love yourself.And why not do that?Why compare yourself with others every time?Just live your fullest and embrace your limits.I do not say just to accept them,embrace and adore them,they make you unique.You do not need to be a genius or a champion.You need to be you,not a fake.

    Another way to embrace solitude is to find new hobbies to do alone.And I am not talking about gaming or watching anime/netflix.I am talking about hobbies that when you will look back they will make you proud.Find something that you enjoy,that inspires you and improve you.For me I found reading and creating art.With reading I can live things I can not in real life,I learn from other people experience and I transfer in other people life.With art I can manage stress and send messeges to the world.
    Anyway,find what makes you happy and felling fullfiled.

    Being alone doesn't need to be a punishment ,but a reward.
