-7th floor-

The sun rises and suprisingly jeongin was still the first one up. He woke up at around 7am and headed straight for the shower.

'Snap out of it yang jeongin its been 6 months already. You can't keep thinking like this'

These thoughts all started when woojin and bang chan just got home from their appearance in hello counselor. For the past 6 months he noticed that every member aside from him always gets invited to a competition or variety show. Minho got invited to be a judge for produce 101. Hyunjin got invited to be a special act on The Fan. Felix got invited to appear at Law of the Jungle. Jisung won at Show me the money.
Changbin got to be a judge at High School Rapper. And Seungmin got to be on Return of Superman.

Not only that his members schedule are packed from either modelling brands, commercial or small cameos for different dramas. He does get to be in those shows but his appearance is either edited out or not enough screentime.

At first he thought maybe he just needs to practice more on his variety show skill, or maybe his skills in general but no matter what- be it at practice, recordings or even at fan signs. stays, his members and even his managers they all have something to say about him.

Jeongin can't help but think that he just isn't...

'good enough? I cant sing, im slow at dancing, i get tired easily, i have this ugly face, i have no stage presence. I just want to be good enough for everyone'

Jeongin was cleaning off the shampoo from his hair when a mischievous puppy came in.

'INNIE!'

'WAH! HYUNG WHAT THE HELL?!'

'hahaha you should have seen your face!'

'Hyung i swear you need to stop doing that! Jesus you gave a scare!'

'Hahaha i cant help it! you were just standing in the shower staring through space'

'Sorry but im just thinking about somethings but can you just go!'

'Well fine im gonna cook us some eggs ok?'

'Ok just go!"

With that the dejected little puppy went out of the shower room until...

'You do know ive been doing this since pre-debut you should really get use-"

'HYUNG!'

'OK,OK, YOU BIG BABY -3-  hehehe' seungmin ran off to make breakfast

Jeongin got back to his shower and quickly finishes up.

Soon after he got change and tried to wake up the rest of the members. And when they wouldn't budge (mainly hyunjin and 3racha) he just went to the kitchen to eat the scrambled eggs seungmin prepared.

It was not until around 9am when their manager knocked at their doorstep.

Minho who just finished bathing answered the door.

'Wah! Hyung, what bring you here? I thought today was a free day?'

'Relax im only here to call jeongin' the manager said coming in.

'Oh well he's in the living room right now so...'

'I know my way in, and you should really make it a habit to change directly after bathing. You always get a cold'

'Wow dont be so stingey'

'Yeah whatever, wake up the others its getting late'

'Okayyyyy...' minho said walking to his room.

When the manager finally arrive at the livingroom he saw jeongin watching hyunjin's cameo from another drama.

'Hey jeongin'

'Yes hyung?' He said without looking up from his phone

'Get dressed, pd-nim want to see you'

With that jeongin eyes dilated and he was just in complete shock. So many emotions went in under 5 seconds but he was mostly scared

'Well ill be waiting at the car, better pick up the pace though'

'Yeah, yeah... ill be right there' jeongin head to his room.

When he entered the room Jisung was in his phone with hyunjin  beside him watching a drama.

'Oh did the manager need anything?' Hyunjin asked not looking up to see jeongin

'Oh yeah, but dont worry its just me today'

'Will you be at the building?

'Yeah, you guys coming?'

'Hmmm maybe not today. Too tired' jisung said

'Oh well ok then-'

'Whats going on here?!' Minho suddenly walked in.

'Ah hyung we were just looking at hyunjins cringey cameo' jisung said defensively

'Ah,ok let me join you guys~'

'Nonononono ACK- HYUNG-' minho pounced on the duo

The 3 were laughing so much they didn't notice the younger changed into his semi formal red polo and black pants before heading out.

'Hey innie, where are you going?'

'Ah channie-hyung im going to the building today i have somethings to do'

'Oh well ok then, probably changbin and i will follow around lunch then maybe we can go home together'

'Sure...'

'Well ok then see you later~' chan said as jeongin went out.

(Timeskip: jeongin and his manager are off to the building)

It was a silent car ride until his manager interrupted the silence

'Your probably thinking too much jeongin but dont worry im sure whatever he has to say will be ok'

'I know hyung its just i cant help think that maybe i might be eliminated-'

'Hahaha jeongin stop, you already debuted and for christ sakes you had multiple comebacks already'

' i know its just I'm still so awkward and nervous around him'

'Ill be fine' his manager parked his car at the entrance and jeongin got off.

'Well he said he'll see you at the 7th floor, bye jeongin'

'Sure take care hyung!' He smiled back.

The car went on his mary way and jeongin gave out a deep sigh.

I really hope its not that important the 7th floor is where The Office is.

Jeongin head into the building with a nervous gulp and mildly sweaty palms. Not long after he was already standing at The Office he dreads so much. As soon as he opened it he was greated with a cold blast from the ac and a jyp sitting in his chair looking at some documents from his desk with the windows and curtains of the office opened.

The office looked elegant with a bunch of vinyl cds in the walls and a big painting that says "JYP".

'Ah jeongin take a seat, i want to have a word with you'

Jeongin finally went in and sat on a chair parallel to jyp. With his now cold palms he shook his hand and brace himself for what was about to come.
