The day started off with the 9 boys breathing heavily at the jyp dance studio. Seungmin and hyunjin slowly creep up to their beloved maknae as he was lying on the leather couch of the studio.

'Innie~ come give hyung a hug~' hyunjin said as he pounce on top of jeongin

'Wah~ why are you so cute innie' seungmin said as he stack himself on top of hyunjin too

'Ahh hyung! Eww get off of me! Your sweats are mixing with mine!'

'Since when did our maknae get so rebellious~' seungmin said squeezing the poor maknae some more

'Hyung- help- i- cant- breath-'

'Ok,ok, that's enough playing, gather around!' chan clapped.

As soon as chan said that seungmin and hyunjin both got off of jeongin and sat up correctly so the other members can sit as well.

The choreographer and chan told some reminders and tips on how they can improve more.

'Jeongin I know the choreo is hard but when you're tired try to not let it show on your face. You make weird face expressions like that.' The choreographer called him out

'Yes hyung, sorry' he smiled

'Ok how about one last time, from the top!'

The kids quickly got up from the couch and into position.

'Damn, got called out again. Does it really show on my face? I really thought i did a good job this time.

I wonder how they confidently make those kinds of expressions. Whenever i do those its either i look like im mad or im dying! ' Jeongin thought.

(Time skip)

They finished practicing at around 10pm. They changed their clothes and head out of the building.

'Im craving for ice cream hyung'

'No jisung, we have to stay in top shape our next comeback is scheduled 5 months from now'

'But channie-hyung~ please you dont even have to pay for it i'll just pay for myself please just let me buuyyyy~'

'You do know you're gonna catch a cold'

'Hmp- i dont wanna hear that from someone like you minho-hyung'

'Hahahaha thats right! The other day hyung was as sick as a pig!' Changbin erupted

'Hahaha you like pork-style lee know?' Jisung said then everyone else laughed with the both of them.
Except for minho who was chasing the laughing younger.

'But ice cream really does sound good right now' jeongin stated

'But innie-'

'Oh come chan its still 5 months away ice cream shouldn't hurt that much' woojin said

'hmmmm... fine but only the cheap ones, we still have to record the 3rd song of ćle 6 next week'

'YEHAYY!' the maknae line cheered as they run to the convenience store around the block.

'Wait how come you said yes to innie but not me T^T '

'Because he is our innie'

'Wow hyung, i feel betrayed right now. From now on its 2basco. Consider 3racha cancelled'

'Oh so you're quitting?' Chan smirked making woojin, minho and changbin laugh

'WHAT-NO! YOUR- SUPPOSED TO- KSHSAISHSB.. Nevermind loser' jisung pouted

'Hahaha im kidding, here ill pay for your ice cream ok?'

'Really? Nice! Come on lee know!' Jisung ran

'Wait- what did you say to me you brat! Im still your hyung you know!' Minho started to chase jisung again.

The rest finally got to the store to buy their ice cream but as they were about to leave they caught a glimpse of a commercial in the tv

"The Golden Maknae~ a competition to see if your favorite maknae is the best maknae!  Maknaes from different idol groups big and small must compete to get the title! Find out who will the joining next week!"

'Wah innie! Look you should definitely join!' Felix pointed at the tv

'What- no! I can't, i dont think im worthy enough' jeongin said taking a bit out of his ice cream

'NONESENSE! OUR INNIE IS DEFINITELY THE BEST!'hyunjin said loudly outside the store causing a few heads to look at the group.

'KYAA! OMG ITS HWANG HYUNJIN!!'
' Wait isnt that straight kids?'
'ITS STRAY KIDS DUMBASS!'
'OMG ITS HAN JISUNG AND LEE YONGBOK!'
'OMG ITS THE WHOLE GROUP!'

'Dammit hyunjin run!' Changbin said as he start running then a group of around 20 guys and girl stared to chase after them too

Thankfully the security guard of their apartment complex hold the group off

The kids looked at one another then started laughing by the lobby with ice cream smeared over their faces, hands and shirts.

'you damn kids this is the 3 time this month' their panda manager scolded them. they quickly finised their ice creams then fall in line and started to point at hyunjin

'Wow, i love my members so much~' hyunjin gritted his teeth

'But hyung listen, there was this competion and i think our innie-'

'The golden maknae?' He interrupted

'Wow you know it! So what do you think hyung? you think our innie can win?" Seungmin asked

'What i think is that you guys are a mess and its too late to be eating ice cream on a time like this and of course our innie can win' pushed them through the elevator

'Hahhaha heck yeah!' The group laughed and cheered as they got out off the elevator and started to enter their apartment.

Little did they know their precious little maknae got silent throughout the convo.

They took a bath and proceeded to their respective rooms.

Finally jeongin and jisung got into their shared room and lay down.

'Hey, jisung hyung. Do you really think i have what it takes?'

'Of couse innie, you're a stray kids' jisung yawned

' but hyung i know im not good enough...' jeongin said softly not enough for the older to hear.

And with that jisung was off to dreamland.

I really dont want to do this, especially if im competing with a lot of good idols. Why am i even the youngest. I never asked to be given this kind of responsibility.

With all those thoughts in jeongin's mind the younger finally fell asleep at around 4am.
