Reader has a really big independent mind set which is why she left home in her Middle School 1st year.

➊ The First Seat of Paradiso
Short Form: The First Seat This is the highest seat a delinquent can conquer. They're referred to as "King".
Since not even a single female has ever taken control of it, "Queen" word does not exist yet.
Their words are law. They are more powerful than the armed forces that work in that area.
Has to have the most intellectual mind and a sharp brain.
➋ The Second Seat of Purgatorio
Short Form: The Second Seat As predicted, the second most powerful seat a delinquent can conquer. They are referred to as "Darkness Of The Tainted Night".
King is to help the Darkness Of The Tainted Night if anything were to ever happen. And vise versa.
They mostly carry out the laws set by the King, and make sure it is strongly implemented. Has the power to kill people if he deems them as a hindrance to the area. Mostly works when the sun goes down.
Has to have the strongest body and the strongest quirk.
➌ The Third Seat Of Inferno
Short Form: The Third Seat The one to whom no rules or laws apply. Often referred to as "The Joker".
This Seat do not have the authority to implement laws. Nor do they have to abide by them. They have their free will and can kill people they don't like without any reason.
They cannot have any kind of protection from the First and Second seats. It is their duty to stay alive and contestants can call out to them in a duel. If he loses, he has to forfeit his Seat.
So, a lot of challenges and spars will be declared and the person has to literally fight for his life.
