Kihyun's POV

"Who the fuck is that Minhyuk?"
"I told you. He's my friend from the orphanage"
"How does he know Y/N?"
"I don't know Kihyun. I think you should talk to them by yourself"
"I think that's a good idea" i said.
Is she really dating that guy? Who is he? Did she already move on from me? Does she hate me now? But she replied the hug, instead of pushing me. Where are they now? I should probably meet her alone.

Author's POV

Kihyun spotted Minhyuk and Y/N coming out from a hallway. He ran to them.
"Y/N? Can we talk? Alone?"
"No! She can't. Sorry" Minhyuk answered.
"If you think i'm gonna do something to her, you can come with us. We 3 can talk together. I just want to explain something" Kihyun said.
"Yes. Let's go" Y/N wanted to hear Kihyun's explanation. She wanted to know what was going on.

Minhyuk's POV

That guy and we are going to a bench in the street. I pulled Y/N closer to myself. I didn't want her to be close to him.
"So. Talk" she said
"Umm, yeah, okay. Okay" Kihyun was nervous. Is he gonna lie?
"I don't care if you believe me or not. But I'll tell you the truth anyway."
"Ok" she replied shortly.
"On the day when we broke up, Areum and i met." Kihyun spoke. Y/N looked disgusted by her name.
"She planned something very evilish and her slave helped her. Seohyun."
"The girl from 2c?"
"Yes. And she just pulled me by my neck. And just......... it happened in one second. I couldn't even react. She quickly kissed me on the lips."

Your POV

"What? Seohyun kissed.... you?"
"Yes. I then i pushed her so hard and she almost fell down. And i saw Areum after. She had took our photo. The accidental kiss too. She said i have to break up with you, or she will send those photos to you. She asked if i prefer a peaceful break up or a heartbreaking break up. I know how much you trust Areum. So i thought you wouldn't trust me if i explain to you. And i chose to break up with you. It was the stupidest decision ever. But i just didn't want you to think i'm a cheater. I love you Y/N. Only you. You can decide to believe me or not." Kihyun was dropping tears while saying those painful words. But i believe him. Everything he said.
"You know what, Kihyun" i said.
"What?"
"I don't trust Areum. Not anymore."
"Why?"
"She was a very horrible person. And i believe everything you said to me. I should've known. You did it just for me." I said. I could see him crying already.
"Minhyuk-ah?" I called him.
"Yes?"
"Can i tell him about Areum?"
"Yes. But....." Minhyuk paused. I knew what he was gonna say. He don't want me to say he's a killer who tried to kill me. It would be embarrassing for him. I held his hand and said "I won't. Don't worry"
"So. Kihyun. Areum has payed for someone to kill me" i said.
"W-ww-what?" He was shocked. His face could tell it.
"Yes. But the person failed to kill me and i had a chance to ask him who ordered him. And he said Areum. And i'm sure Areum thinks i am dead now" i spoke.
"Uhh umm what? I know Areum is a crazy girl but she was a psycopath!!!" Kihyun screamed.
"We should report her to the police" Kihyun talked again.
"Umm no. We don't have any proof. So it's too risky" i said. But the main reason why we can't report to the police was Minhyuk. What if he get caught? I can't let that happen.
