I opened my eyes to see a white celling and smiled remembering yesterday "James actually asked me out". I picked up my phone to check the time "only 10:48 wow I never sleep in that late on Saturday mornings?" I set up in my bed and looked around my slightly messy room "ugh". I got out of bed and went into the bathroom and quickly pulled my hair up in a ponytail with out brushing it and I made my way down stairs. " Mom? Dad? Trevor?" with no reply from any of them I decided on my last name to call "Ever?" yet still no answer I shrugged my shoulders and moved on. I set down at the counter with a bowl of cereal and a cup of orange juice and that is when my phone went off

James

* hey Cutie*

I smiled at the text and I knew color was coming to my cheeks

Courtney

* is that what you call me now is cutie? nothing more original?*

I waited for a while and took a bite of cereal

James

* well I am still working on it Court but don't worry you will have one soon enough*

Once again I smiled

Courtney

* ok tell me when you come up with one James in the meantime I will make one up for you*

I set my phone down and continued with eating my cereal.

It was around 1:30 in the afternoon now and I was still laying in bed thinking. " why can't I come up with one good idea?". When I went up stairs after eating my mother and father returned but no sign of the older twins and I was thankful I wanted one day away from them so I could get stuff done with out being asked to do anything else. After about half an hour of just sitting on my bed I decided to get up and start drawing. I set down at my desk and pulled out my sketch book and some pencils and began drawing an eye. That is when I heard a knock on my door "Hello?" I set down my sketch book and pencil I looked at my drawing and I think it was the best drawing I have done all month. " it's me James can I come in?" I quickly got up and opened the door " um yeah come in" I let him in and he smiled looking around my room I managed to clean this morning and I was happy I did. " I don't mean to seem rude but how did you get into my house?" I went to go sit at my desk again and looked up at him " we'll your mom let me in" I gave him a look that was asking what he was doing here because it was a couple of hours before are date and he smiled and when he saw the look " I want to check up on you". At that I smiled I don't know why but I did "I can take care of my self James" I smiled again and stood up as he walked over to my desk "Courtney? Did you draw that?" I nodded my head shyly as he picked it up "its amazing" I smiled and got behind him and looked at it "you think so?" he nodded his head and see it back down I the table "yes I believe it is amazing" I smiled again as he turned around. " oh for are date just dress comfy" I looked at him " please just tell me were we are going tonight" I looked at him pleading " it's nothing big just a dinner and something special after the dinner" I sighed " that is more information then last time I guess I can deal with it" I looked at him and smiled as I looked up at him he leaned down and kisses my cheek. " See you later tonight beautiful, I will pick you up at 8:00 don't forget" I blushed and nodded my head " I will be ready for you" I smiled as he left my room and I heard his car drive pull out of the driveway and drive off. That is when I pulled out the phone and called my friend "Taylor I need some help I don't know what to wear when a guy says to wear something comfy I am screwed".
