My soulmate

Chapter 11

IZUKU POV

I looked over to my left and saw my soulmate, just seeing him put a smile on my freckles face. I bounded up to him and tapped his shoulder.

"Hey sho! Hey... you okay? You look frustrated." It's true, he had a scowl on his face and was angrily eating his soba.

"Yeah I'm fine, just annoyed. Momo just confessed she likes me." I felt a ping in my chest, and not the good kind. What if he liked her? I may be his soulmate, but people have dated other people who aren't their soulmate. He must have noticed my sadness because he kissed my cheek and gave a slight smile.

"Don't worry Izu, I turned her down. My heart only belongs to my perfect boyfriend. I love you so much Izuku." I blushed and sat down in his lap even though we were in public. At this point, I don't really care if I'm embarrassed, I just want to be near him.

"I love you too Sho." I gave him a quick peck which apparently he did not like because he shook his head no and pulled me in for a real kiss.

"You should know by now you can't tease me with such a small kiss," he whispered in my ear in both a playful and seductive way. How does he manage both?

"Aw you mean like this?" I gave him a small peck then jumped out of his lap and over to Uraraka's table. A little behind me I heard a "oh no you don't" come from Sho. I chucked a bit and sauntered away from Uraraka's table getting no where before Shoto caught up to me. I wiggled out of his grasp and ran outside wanting to tease him a bit even though I wanted his lips on mine so badly.

"Can't get me that easily!" I shouted back knowing he was close behind.

"Izuku you sly dog" he said. He grabbed me and swung me around in the air. I wrapped my legs around his waist and whispered "you gonna give me that kiss now cutie?" He blushed which only made me want to kiss him more. I lifted his chin since for once I had the hight advantage and kissed him. He wasted no time kissing back which made butterflies swarm in my stomach. We stood there with me in his arms kissing for what seemed like no time at all but when I checked my phone had actually been 10 minutes.

"AHHH!" I screamed which took him by surprise.

"What's wrong?" I squirmed out of his arms and onto the floor.

"Class started again and we're late!" He picked up his bag quickly, grabbed my hand, and walked back to class as fast as possible.

"And where have to too been?" Aizawa questioned.

"W-we were just uhh..." I couldn't think of an excuse.

"They were just making out," Kacchan sneered.

"N-no! Not at all! Todoroki and I were just uh at the library! Y-yeah at the library! I had to go pick up a book!" Aizawa being Aizawa just shrugged it off and told us to stop to our seats.

TIME SKIP

SHOTO POV

Stupid Bakugo ratting is out. At least Izuku could come up with an excuse so Aizawa didn't kill us. Now Izuku and I were sitting comfortably in his house doing homework.

"Hey Shoto?"

"Yeah Izu?"

"Wanna go do something?"

"Sure, what did you have in mind?"

"Hmmm... maybe just follow me."

"That sounds a bit suspicious," I joked. He leaned over and gave me a small punch to the shoulder.

"Just come on, I don't bite."

"Oh yes you do, I have the marks to prove it." He blushed an unbelievably dark shade of red.

"T-t-that's not important! Just follow me." He grabbed my hand and dragged me out the door. We walked outside for what seemed like forever, I didn't mind though. Any amount of time I could spend with him was good enough for me. Finally, we reached a forest.

"Uhhhh... Izuku what are we doing here? You're not gonna murder me are you?"

"Of course not silly! This is just a place I go to sometimes to get away..." I knew exactly what he meant. Sometimes we all just need a place to let go of all our worries.

"Okay, lead the way." We walked deep into the forest until we reached a hill. He sat down and patted the ground indicating he wanted me to sit down. I sat down next to him and wrapped my arms around him. We looked out onto the horizon and was amazed. You could see the entire city from here. Bright lights glittered and the colors in the sky danced as dusk took over.

"Izuku it's... beautiful..."

"I know... I love it so much... almost as much as  I love you," he said nudging me. I just ruffled his hair and I buried my face deep into his neck.

"I love you Izuku. I know I probably say it too much, but I mean it. When I first met you I was shocked you were my soulmate because our meeting was so random, but now I'm so glad. I'd never want to be anyone else's soulmate. You're adorable, kind, loving, funny, and passionate about everything you do. Izuku Midoriya, I want to spend the rest of my life with you, so when we graduate, will you do me the honor of being my husband?"
