Mika's POV

I was listening to the playlist that Kiefer synced through my phone. I didn't realize he actually did things like those. He's still into the details even after a year into our relationship.

I'll never get tired of that guy.

I sighed as I drove with his playlist playing on my way to Kiefer's. Today was a rest day and I decided to surprise him by going all the way to his house. It's been a while since I've been there because, well to be honest we're all a little too busy with our business lives.

I slowed down when I heard this one track and its chorus..

"You still have all of my heart, you still have all of my heart"

I easily remembered Kiefer singing this to me on our 6th monthsary. I remembered how it made me the reddest tomato out there.

He sang with all of his heart, with all of his soul and right then I felt like I was the luckiest girl alive.

And everyday after that.

Flashback

6 months ago

It was almost 6:00 pm, I was busy getting ready for a benefit concert that me and Kiefer decided to attend to. After all, it featured our favorite local filipino band, Parokya ni Edgar. I just could not miss a chance! Luckily, Kiefer's family donated a huge amount to the cause so he was able to secure us front row seats or spots.

I then heard my phone's ringtone and Kiefer's name flashing on its screen. I immediately answered it with a smile etched across my face.

"Mika?" the voice on the other line said. "Hey babe, what's up? Why so formal?"

"Oh nothing, just excited to meet you that's all" Kiefer responded with a stutter. I bit my lip. Really? After all this time, he still gets jitters with the thought of being with me? This boy...this man.

"Hahahaha, babe relax, baka naman may iba kang girl dun kaya ka kinakabahan!" I teased him lightly.

"Uy hindi ah" He said seriously "I'm just...excited and nervous to be in a concert with my girl. You know how sweet Parokya's songs can be." He added.

"Alright, whatever you say. Wait, are you driving?" I immediately asked upon hearing the sound of the road.

"Yup, don't worry I'm on bluetooth." He assured me. "Nope, no you put that phone down right now mister." I immediately replied.

"But---" "No buts, I don't want to have to go to the hospital instead" I replied immediately.

"Okay." I could hear the sadness in his voice. How could he be disappointed? He was going to meet me anyways. "I love you, you'll see me anyways babe. I'll give you the biggest hug when you get here I promise" I told him to coax him to drop the call.

"Alright! Love you and see you!" He answered back and then dropped the call.

"That kid. I can never get enough of him" I said to myself.

I got an envelope with a notebook inside containing a month full of letters for him. Tomorrow's our monthsary but I wanted him to have it by midnight since the concert runs until midnight. I want him to receive the letter's I've been writing for him and about him. I'm not always vocal with what I feel but through this, I wish he'd feel...more of what I truly feel.
