"She's stable now, that's all you need to worry about now. We have a twelve-lead on her and we are monitoring every measurable thing our machines have to offer. You don't have to stress anymore, she's in good hands." Said PPK. "Right now, visitation hours are over and we go into quiet time. This gives her time to rest and recover for the night. But you are able to visit her as long as you want in the morning. Within the visitation hours of course."
"What are the times?" Asked AK-47. "I need to make sure she is safe and that I'm there for her."
"Visitation hours are from 0500 till 2200. But you don't need to worry. I assure you she's safe here." Replied PPK. "I am in charge of her for the night until the next nurse comes in. And I'll make sure she is treated well."
"I know, I know... I just have a lot of time to make up." Said AK. "But thank you very much. I'll see you in the morning."
"Thank you ma'am, please have a good night... also, get some rest. You look like you've seen better days." Smirked PPK.
AK-47 looked in the mirror that was parallel from her. She had not changed out of her fatigues or cleaned up at all. Dirt, mud and scars covered her entire body. A lard gash across her chest could be easily seen from the Dinergate attack. She looked down at her hands and they were as dirty as they could be. The once white gloves couldn't even be considered white any more due to the amount of grime on them.
"I have seen better days. And I'm waiting for them to return." Replied AK, as she stopped out of the medical bay.
Grizzly and Springfield were in the waiting room, waiting for AK to return. Both with thoughts circulating around their minds. Anticipation running through their entire body.
"Do you think she'll be ok?" Asked Springfield.
"They are both tough sons of guns, Springfield. Or... girls of guns... But I know they will make it." Said a confident Grizzly. "They've made it past this far, and triumph over multiple obstacles many times. They'll make it."
AK then walked through from the double doors, both Grizzly and Springfield jumped up from their seats.
"What did they say?" Asked Springfield.
"Well..." Said AK, with a lack luster tone. "The nurse in charge said that they are doing fine. They are going to be watching them for the remainder of the night. But sadly we can't see them until morning, right now it's quiet time apparently."
"That's so stupid!" Said Grizzly. "This is a military base! Not a hospital! And they are our teammates! They can't keep us from them!"
"Well I really didn't feel like fighting with them. So I didn't pick a fight with them." Replied the blonde. "We should just head to the dorm tonight, the Commander wants to talk to us in the morning any ways. We should get our rest in. I'm worried about them both and I just want to head to bed." She said, as she walked towards the exit by herself.
Both Dolls notices the strand behavior of the once hot-headed AK-47. Her entire mood has saturated from her normal attitude that it is easily noticeable."
"Listen, when everything is said and done, I want all of us to have a talk with AK-47." Said Springfield. "She needs to know that she doesn't have to do this alone during all this. The last thing we need is a depressed T-Doll with a drinking habit."
"I agree with you Springfield, we have two down already. I don't want us to be down another girl. Even though she's put us through hell and back she doesn't deserve this. But right now, let's focus on our objective. Do you still have the video recording of the Sangvis rifleman?" Asked Grizzly.
