Daybreak

Will woke first, at daybreak or dawn.

He drowsily looked beside him to make sure last night was not a dream,

That he didn't just wander into the Hades cabin on accident,

And there he saw a sleeping Nico cuddling his arm.

Will remembered his Apollo cabin duties and cursed silently in Ancient Greek.

He slowly got out of the coffin-shaped bed, as to not disturb Nico, and wrote a note before setting off into the Apollo cabin.

'Nico. When you wake up, I'll be off doing sunny things, but if you need me just call. Stay in your cabin and wait for me, Doctor's orders, love Sunshine.'

Nico woke up drowsily after feeling cold, and he realized Will was gone.

Panic seized him, until he saw a bright yellow note taped to the bed.

He held the note to his chest and sighed, before tucking himself underneath all the covers and falling asleep.

<unexpected POV here>

Jason hadn't seen Nico in the last few hours.

Usually Nico would be up asking for coffee by now, complaining how sunny it was in the morning, or how bright.

So Jason and Piper went up to see Nico in the Hades cabin when they bumped into Will.

He wasn't looking where he was going, so he bumped into piper and jason and knocked down some stuff.

"Sorry! Sorry. Gotta go!" Will apologized quickly and sped off.

"Where is he going?" Jason asked piper,

"Dunno. Let's find out." Piper answered, taking jason by the hand and silently leading him to where Will was headed, the Hades cabin.

Silently the two poked their heads through the windows and watched as Will brought coffee to Nico and proceeded to kiss Nico out of sleep. Nico pushed the covers away and kissed Will back, then they both took hands and walked out the door after 'Dark Boy' changed out of his pajamas.

Piper and Jason gasped in shock, then proceeded to tell Percy and Annabeth, who told Hazel and Frank, who told Leo and Calypso (who didn't know what Google was still) but they all kept their secret.

Even then, Nico would get more grueling stares from others than before.

He didn't notice it at first, but the Aphrodite girls started getting more mobile.

More ANTI-Nico.

They started calling him names and soon after the Romans shortly joined in.

Nico became more and more tired, spent less and less time with Will, and never came out of the Hades cabin anymore.

Will didn't notice at first, being the new captain of the Apollo squad.

Then he noticed that Nico started coming into the infirmary less and less, and when he did, there were nasty scars all over his body.

One day, Will snapped.

He marched into the Hades cabin and demanded that Nico told him what was going on.

Nico couldn't handle it, so he started crying

Will's expression softened, and he held his arms out to Nico, gesturing for a hug.

Nico complied, saying about how the kids kept telling him he was worthless.

"They are worthless for saying this fine jewel in front of me is not worth their time." Will argued, cradling Nico.

Finally, the crying got so bad Will had to carry Nico to the coffin-shaped bed, and they cuddled.

Each time something bad came up, Will would counter it with a smile, a sweet word, and a song.

Nico eventually fell asleep cuddling Will's torso, and then Will fell asleep with Nico again, this time as supportive as ever.

Will would constantly snap at the Aphrodite campers for being lazy whenever Nico was made fun of in his presence.

Will would have no more bullying of his boyfriend.

And that was the Doctor's Order.
