One and only

"B-babe? W-W-We can't date yet." The younger stuttered. His face suddenly turned red as a tomato. He slapped himself for that punishment.

Why are you blushing?! He asked himself.

"Yet. We will when we can. But all I know is that, I love you and-" He pointed his finger towards Haechan's heart and then towards his, "You love me."

The younger scoffed but refused to agree. "Trying act aren't you? Well, you're bad at it." Mark said as he got back to decorating that tree.

A few seconds later, the dreamies came in. "Merry Christmas guys!" Renjun greeted. They all greeted Merry Christmas back and then we got back to the tree again. "Where's everyone else?" Chenle asked as everyone agreed with his question and placed their gifts under the tree. "Yuta, WinWin, Jaehyun, and Doyoung are outside right now. Taeyong and Ten are just cooking right now." Mark answered. "And...it's ready!" Taeyong yelled in the kitchen as he showed up with kimbap on the tray. Ten also showed up with kimchi fried rice.

All of them cheered as they saw the food. Taeten placed the food in the dining table while Mark and Haechan were just gonna get the last ornament until they hands touched.

They both looked up and their eyes met.

I can't be falling for him in Christmas and our first year of being part of NCT. . . Haechan thought.

He closed his eyes with a little pink on his cheeks. The younger knew that Mark was getting much more closer.

Extremely close.

He's doing it again!! The younger yelled in his thoughts.

Haechan felt his hot breath on his lips. "Merry Christmas." He said as he went away. The older laughed at the younger's reaction. "You thought I was gonna kiss you!" He teased as he kept laughing. "You're laughing too much Mark Lee. You might run out of air." Haechan spat back. Little did they know that the 4 boys that went out saw their whole scene. They passed by like nothing happened but Jaehyun "accidentally" hit his shoulder on Mark left shoulder. That caused the older to get closer to Haechan and kissed him on the lips. Haechan lost his balance and ended up falling on the floor.

Both were in a strange position but didn't mind. Mark still didn't pull away nor seduced the younger. Instead, Haechan kissed back and placed his right hand on his back while the left is keeping up his balance. The two were interrupted by a cough from the dining table. "Just come eat." Taeyong commanded the two. They both pulled away and got up to grabbed some food.

Mark sat beside Jeno and just started eating. The kimchi friend rice. Of course, Jeno did see the scene so, he wanted to talk about it. "Are on top or bottom on bed?" He asked as he smirked and wiggled his eyebrows. "Pfft. Top. Duh. Don't you see how gay he is for me." Mark said as the younger almost choked in his food.

"O-Okay." Was all Jeno said.

They ate awkwardly and just listened to most of their funny and non funny jokes. Mark's laugh was contagious most of the time but this time he was quiet all of a sudden.

Mark laughed a bit and sometimes bring up a fake laugh. When he was laughing sarcastically, he noticed how his soon-to-be-boyfriend was extremely quiet and dark. He showed a bit of emotion but didn't want to show it or else the members will tease him.

"Bro, he's sad. What should I do?" He whispered to Renjun's right ear. The younger one looked at Haechab and agreed. "Well, take him out. Bring him to tons of beautiful places. Or...just ask Yuta where he brought WinWin to." He responded. Mark pulled away and nodded.

"Time to open our gifts!" Chensung exclaimed like a little girl. Everyone immediately went towards the tree and grabbed a gift that was for them. On the other hand, Mark was in the dorm just preparing for himself.
