Doctor takes thapki into ICU and informs Bihaan that she needs to perform thapki’s treatment and needs sign on consent form, who is he.

Bihaan reminisces angirly telling thapki that now her and his relationship ends,

Bihaan went out from hospital and he see dargah and prays.
