Epilogue.

For the last time- Lets read Mistaken ;)

"Excuse me? Maaa, I can't hear you!! The signal is troubled here!!" I shouted as the driver took the side with a deep pot hole causing the entire truck to swing violently.

Now now, you'll be thinking - which truck right? Its the same truck from where I started my journey that is, do you remember I was on a truck in the starting as I was on a case to bring back the lost goats?

This time too, I am here to help the dairy farmer, his goats ran away again and as usual he contacted the best detective- that is me.

So I helped him find those and in return I get this beautiful bumpy ride like last time. With all hay and sheeps surrounding me. The only difference.

"Ragini, next time allow me to take me car. Please." Sighed a very tired Lakhshya. He was the plus one on my this case.

"Naa then whats the fun in solving the case, everything should be rustic, you see."

"Cause of your rustic, my back is going kill itself. And then you marry a wheelchaired person."

"I don't mind," I shrugged as I chuckled.

"I do," he scolded.

"Relax, I have already accepted, won't run away now," I winked at him.

Something changed in his eyes, as he pushed me back on the hay, and hovered over me.

His finger teasing my face, as his touch tickled me," I am not even letting you do that princess," he said as his lips lowered to reach mine.

His lips moving sensously against mine as his fingers carressed the ring that layed on my finger.

My hand raking his hair, as he bit my lip.

"Baaabaaaaa" our moment was broken by the five sheeps that circled around us enjoying the show. It was good while it lasted.

Laksh got up dusting the dirt from his shirt and helped me up as well.

My thoughts moved to the ring that adorned my ring finger, we had been dating for 5 years now. I had my agency, while he was a Psychology major and a professor and side by side was handling his kingdom too. His father hadn't retired from the throne so Laksh had less burdern as of now. But he was sure it would become tedious once his father decides to rest.

For now everything was going good, not a smooth ride but a great one indeed. Laksh and I had so many ups and down, to the point we had almost broken up, but we had become to used to eachother that it was difficult for us to be separate.

Last month he officially proposed me for a short engagement, 'I don't want to wait long' thats what he told me as he slided the ring.

And so our marriage was tomorrow, it wasn't the one with all rituals and traditions that was going to take place after 6 months, tomorrow we would be marrying at the registar office. According to him, he wanted to marry me before I changed my mind.

Dadda and Ma were happy with this decision, and they were more than happy. While bhai and Swara were going strong as well.

Its so strange, how you meet people so randomly and they become such an important element of your life.

Who had expected me to meet the prince! To fall in love with him even, so terrifying but now when I look back, I smile not regretting a single thing.

I love him and will always continue doing so, he was my prince, the knight in my shining armour.

"Ragini, we are here," Laksh's voice broke the chain of my thoughts. I looked around to see the truck had come to a halt.

Laksh got down first and offered his hand to me.

I tool his hand and was helping me down when he suddenly pulled me causing me to topple.

"I am sorry, that was a mistake." He chuckled obvious he did that deliberately.

"You are a mistake," I teased.

"Oh please says the girl who liked me, even when she thought I was gay," He retorted as he pulled me closer.

"Ayee, that was just an indentity Mistaken,"

Mistaken.
