I felt like I was falling. My vision clouded and my ears ringing. I didn't know where I was or what was going on. One minute I was lying in bed, minding my own business, when suddenly I felt dizzy and sounds became muffled. What was going on?
I hit the floor: "What the hell just happened?" I grumbled as I pushed myself up from the floor. I looked around to see I was in a classroom, and it was not a classroom that I recognized. Suddenly a scarf wrapped around my body, keeping me in place.
"Who are you? You are not one of my students." The voice came from a strange man. He looked a little rough, but he also looked strangely familiar. "Answer me." His eyes squinted.
I nervously replied, "(Y/N) (L/N), sir. Where am I? I was at home a few seconds ago." I knew I would sound crazy, but I didn't know what else to say. It was the truth.
He slowly released the scarf and scoffed: "You are at UA." I gasped softly, which interrupted what he was saying. At the moment, I didn't care though. That's why they looked so familiar. That's why some had strange colored eyes. But, how? Was this some kind of prank?
"Wait, if this is UA, does that mean you Mr. Aizawa?" I turned to looks at the class. Suddenly names and faces were put together. I started slightly freaking out: "How is that possible? You are all just from a manga. I'm going insane." The last part was slightly mumbled.
This wasn't my world. I was in an anime. Is this a dream? I looked around and noticed a fluffy, green haired boy. It was obviously Midoriya. He looked just like he did in the anime except real. This is crazy. Noise around the room broke me out of my thoughts.
Students around the class started whispering to those around them. A loud voice rang out across the room, "What do you mean, extra?" My eyes widened as I turned to see an ash blonde boy. His crimson eyes glaring back at me. The scowl that I had come to love was etched on his face.
"Bakugou Katsuki?" It come out as a question, but I knew exactly who he was. He seemed surprised that I knew his name. "I'm not from this world. Um, well in my world we don't even have quirks." A gasp rang out throughout the class. I guess they had gotten so used to most of society having quirks that a world without them seemed far off. I proceeded to explain my situation and my world to class 1A. I mean it's basically like theirs was before quirks except not fictional.
After dubious amounts of explaining and answering questions, I was let of the hook. However, I still had one issue. Where the hell was I gonna go?
"Hey extra, if you just got dumped into this world or whatever, do you even have a shitty place to stay?" This got the classes attention. Most likely cause Bakugou seemed to care? Maybe cause he was talking to me somewhat civilly. Either way, at least I didn't have to bring the topic up.
I hesitantly reply, "Uh, not really. I hadn't really thought about it that much." The students faces seemed to hold looks of sympathy. "I bet I can find somewhere to go." I awkwardly shifted back and forth on my feet.
The girl I recognized as Mina jumped out of her seat. She exclaimed, "You can stay with me! We can have a sleepover! And others can come too!" She was clapping her hands and looked very excited.
I smiled at her generosity: "I would love to! As long as it's okay with Mr. Aizawa and stuff." The students turned to the teacher in anticipation.
He huffed, "Whatever, I'm going to sleep." He laid on the floor in his sleeping bag. Mina started jumping up and down, and ran over to throw her arms around me.
"I'm so excited (L/N)! We haven't had anyone new to come hang out with us. This is gonna be so fun." She pulled away and started inviting a few other to the sleepover when I realized a red string was wrapped around her finger.
