Eddie has felt utterly betrayed and used ever since Monday...

He rubbed his hands together in frustration, looking down at his outfit for today. He wouldn't care what his friends would think, specifically Stan, he just needed to feel comfortable in something other than his tight turtlenecks he always wore and his other bright clothes. He was going dark. Eddie was turning edgy- hey, he thinks it's cool.

The brunette put on his black-and-white striped long sleeve shirt, then on top of it another black shirt with green and pink letters on it. Next, he slipped on his dark skinny jeans and boots.

Eddie looked in the mirror, not having combed his hair for the first time ever this morning. He thought he looked, well, hot. Maybe Richie would like his look.

Once Eddie got downstairs in his house, Sonia was standing in the kitchen. He went in there to grab a quick snack before he walked to school.

"Eddie?" Sonia caught his attention when he opened up the cabinets of their kitchen. He grabbed a Twinkie. "What are you wearing?"

"Just stuff I bought at the mall, momma."

"Well it's...certainly new for you." She faked a smile.

"Thanks? Gotta go. See ya."

"Wait! Eddie..."

He turned around, eyebrow raised in confusion. "Yeah?"

"Your boots are untied."

Eddie walked through the familiar halls of Derry High, his boots colliding with the beige linoleum and earbuds blasting Never Wanted To Dance by Mindless Self Indulgence. He could feel almost everyone's eyes on him, wondering why the fuck Eddie Kaspbrak had suddenly...changed. Yesterday he was wearing his regular blue sweater and white jeans...

Eddie, being the new badass he was, pushed his peers to get to his locker. Seeing as Stan was already there and talking to Bill, he carelessly opened his locker and took out a few things. He left one earbud in his ear, except the song had changed.

"Eddie?" Asked Bill first, raising a very confused brow at his friend. "What are you wearing?"

"Clothes."

"Well, yeah but...are you sure you didn't look through Richie's wardrobe last night?" He chuckled.

"I'm sure I didn't." Eddie replied nonchalantly.

"Er, Eddie-"

"Can you guys shut the fuck up?! I'm just trying something new, for fucks sake!"

Bill scoffed. "You're pulling that off real well, then." Stan hit his arm.

"Bill!"

"What?! If he wants to be a jackass then let him."

"He isn't being a-"

"I'm RIGHT here!!" Eddie growled, causing a few people to eye him from where they walked. It was like the teen had some evil twin who replaced him. Eddie slammed his locker shut and grabbed Stan's arm, pulling him to go to their first class.
Bill watched as Stan walked away with him. They had been talking privately about a few important things...like close friends do of course.

Stan and Bill were best friends since sixth grade - in seventh they met the other Losers - and then suddenly, Bill got a girlfriend. Stan kinda thought they would continue being jolly old pals, playing games in Bill's basement and watching Scarface...but apparently not. Bill and Audra were all affectionate all the time, every single minute unless Bill actually told her to scram (not actually scram, but to go to her classes). Stan was jealous....he had a crush on Bill.

It was just so... infuriating watching them. Stan always screamed into his pillow every time Bills eyes would stray away from him and to other girls. He wanted Bill so much, he's wanted Bill for many years. Stan dreams of the day he and Bill can be together.

Stan hasn't told anyone of him being bisexual. Not even Eddie - who, himself, was gay and also hasn't come out of the closet. The Uris boy was only timid about how, one day, someone might out him...maybe Henry Bowers? Henry has been picking on Stan, Eddie, and Ben since middle school. He broke Stan's glasses a few times, shoved Eddie in trash cans, and threw Ben in lots of mud and puddles.

Bill sighed to himself and checked the time on his watch after Stan and Eddie were out of sight. He shook his head, beginning to walk away and follow his daily routine to his class.

Once lunch commenced, and Eddie sat with his other four friends since Bev and Richie hadn't come yet, they all have him utterly curious looks. Until Mike spoke up.

"Nice shirt."

"Thanks, Mike."

"Sure..." He nodded and went back to having a quiet conversation with Bill about different baseball leagues.

Stan nudged Eddie's arm. "What is it?" Asked Eddie.

"I have something to, uh, tell you, Eddie."

"Right now?"

"No, l-later," Stan toyed with the collar of his shirt nervously. Eddie nodded and looked at the cafeteria entrance which had just opened. Richie and Bev came waltzing in.

Bev sat down next to Ben, who gave her a small smile before giving her an extra juice box he stole. She smiled brightly.

"Thanks, Ben!"

"N-no problem, Bevvie." He chuckled, feeling a hot tension in his cheeks as he always does whenever Beverly is around. He needs to get over his crush, he thinks, and move on.

Richie's focus is immediately on Eddie when he steps towards the table, and he smiled bashfully.

"Well, lookie at you, Eddie!" He checks out the smaller boy like a delicious treat. "You sure you didn't steal anything from my closet last night?"

"That's what I asked him," Bill said from the side.

Eddie grinned and glanced away from Richie's captivating brown eyes, only to look back up at him with pink cheeks. "Uhm, haha! Yeah, no, I just-" he stopped his stammering. He then asked quietly, as Richie sat down on his other side. "Do you like it?"

Richie's smirk grew, and he placed his hand on Eddie's thigh, squeezing it. He made sure to do it subtly so no one would ask what he was doing. The touch sent electricity to Eddie's mind, he got shivers. "I fucking love it, Ed's."

Richie was so turned on...
