Ashley's POV
"Caleb is a former student here in Lightwood. He was a bit popular way back then, not just because his parents has shares in this school, but also because he was a part of our school's baseball team. Sadly, he died because of heart failure. The whole school got quiet all day long when they discovered about Caleb's death. Caleb is a generous and warm-hearted person. Even though he really doesn't have close friends, his team mates are his friends. But I think they are really not close to the point that they're like brothers. Behind the cheerful Caleb is the painful secrets and miseries of him. That's one of the factors that made Caleb's heart weaker. And there's this girl named Veronica Ning. She really likes Caleb way back then. But he only sees her as a crazy girl who's obsessed for him. She discovered that Caleb had died, she almost died because of depression too upon hearing the news of the boy that she loved."
Third Person's POV
Benjie went home with Ashley. It's been 2 months when Benjie discovered that Caleb is a former student of Lightwood University. He even barely sees Caleb in the house.
"Caleb! Ashley's here!" Caleb came out of the bedroom, scratching his eyes.
"Oh, you were sleeping?" Caleb nodded and yawned. "Ni hao, Caleb ge." Ashley greeted which Caleb greeted back with a smile.
"Hey, Caleb, Ashley and I..." Caleb saw Ashley hit Benjie's side with her right elbow.
"Are you guys dating?" Benjie scratched his nape and Caleb saw that Ashley is blushing.
"Congratulations. Stay strong for the both of you." Caleb turned his back and went back in the bedroom with tears forming in his eyes.
