it was Friday and I wanted to spend my day relaxing and watching tv , but my mom had other plans for me. Cleaning, which I hate. In fact I tend to not do it, but instead shove my stuff in an empty area to get away with it. but this time it was in the kitchen, dining room and the living room. so that means i would be in plain sight, while cleaning. the rooms weren't that messy so I didn't have to worry. but i didn't really have interest in it. it took me about 20 minutes to clean all of the rooms. when i finished cleaning, i ran to my as fast as i could so that my mom wouldn't relies I was done and prefer me to do more cleaning. When i got to my room i had decided to turn my tv on for background sound. it made me feel like there wasn't silence at all times, well besides the fact that my brothers were like elephants everywhere they went. i was typing in my favorite song which my friend Syd had recommended to me. at that very moment my mom had yelled up to me saying, " oOOooOO whos Addy Benji?". she had me really confused about how she knew who Addy was, and then i realized that my phone wasn't in my back pocket, and i left it on the kitchen counter. i ran as quickly as i could down stairs to my mom trying to type in my password. but by her stupid brain, she had disabled it and me not knowing what Addy had said my mom had questionably asked," is she your GirLFrEIND???". i was in shock that my mom would intrude into my privacy like that. with her annoyance i said, " no, she is just one of my best friends, and i would really appreciate if you don't come to first conclusions like that, it makes me feel weird, thanks". " well how was I supposed to know what best friend means if her contact is, ' addy and then a heart' ? hmmmm?". " omg mom just stop!" I say as I roll my eyes at her. ugh she never minds her own business! I go to my room and by then my phone wasn't disabled anymore. I throw myself onto my bed and check what Addy had said.

Benji: omg he is so hot

Benji pov:

omg did I just say that to Addy? omg what the heck? ugh this convo is bout to be awkward.

Addy: eh, he's ok.

Benji pov:

oh thank god she thought nothing of it, but I mean dang, he's actually pretty hot.

Benji: whatever but where did you find him?

Addy: on insta, his username is @jeyjeygardi, but why did you want to know... hmmmmm?

benji pov:

I started blushing and I thought of something quick, something that sounded like I didn't think he was cute.

benji: idk he just looks familiar, maybe from Tiktok.

Addy: oh but I just wanted to show you because he speaks Spanish.

benji: cool I wonder if he can speak English?

Addy: eh idk but bye benji I gotta go out to eat with the fam, bye love ya!

i was basically stalking his TikTok page and i found a vid of himDoing a dance, I made my first move by duetting it, maybe he already knew who I was and could notice me.
