Melissa POV: I was sitting feeding Ella while thinking of the lunch I'm supposed to have with Jayceon. Cory left the same as every morning trying to seem like he cared what I was doing to day. Only if he knew. I was planning on taking Ella to my moms house while I went out to lunch with Jayceon. After giving birth to Ella my Mom and I's relationship kind of fell apart. She was disappointed that I became just like her and had to live the suburban lifestyle rather than becoming an independent lawyer.
After feeding Ella I went and got all of her stuff. I put her in the car and traveled 30 Minutes to my mom's house.

I sat at the table drinking my orange juice while waiting for Jayceon to show up. I was 10 minutes early but that didn't stop me from overthinking this whole lunch. Should I just go home, is he going to stand me up. My thought were interrupted by a voice....
"sorry if you've been waiting a long time my meeting went extra long." Jayceon said while sitting down.
"No it was no problem I just got here..." I said before the waitress interrupted me and took our orders. We continued talking about things and ate our food.
"So do you only own one club?" I said while looking at Jayceon.
"No I own a barber shop and a car shop in downtown LA. I started out owning the barbershop but grew with the car shop and decided to build a club." He said while smiling.
I couldn't help but smile and say "That's so cool I've always wanted to own my own hair salon."
"Why didn't you?"
"Well I had Ella and because of Cory's work schedule I was never able to draw out a plan. Cory also wanted me to stay home and take care of Ella." I said while looking down and thinking of all the dreams I let go of to make his dreams come true.
"You know you deserve to follow your dreams even with being a wife and a mother." Jayceon said while looking at me. I still looked down so Jayceon to his finger under my chin so I would look at him. " I believe in you"
