Two friends, two hearts

One loved the other equally

"We'll be friends forever won't we?"

Two lovers, hearts intertwined

One promised the other they loved them more

"We'll last forever, won't we?"

Two people. One broken. One intact

"I love you"

She said

But was that really true?
