Knock knock!
Fruity awoke to the sudden knock at his bedroom door. He yawned and got out from bed. "Morning mom!" He said, excited for today. "Morning sunshine! Please come out for breakfast." The mom said, as she opened the door to greet her son. Fruity went to his mom and closed the door.
"So what are we having for breakfast, mom?" He asked. "Bread with eggs, bacon and milk." The mom answered. Fruity sighed with disappointment. "Mom, we could get carrots and potatoes and all that good stuff." He said, looking at his mom. " I know, but they aren't fully washed yet." She replied. The two went to sit at the table, with Fruity's father, the new chieftain they had for 40 years. "Honey, Fruity isn't satisfied with our breakfast choice today." The chieftess said to her husband. "He hasn't been since the fruits and vegetables have been poisoned." The chieftain replied. "It's been a month since then! How come they're not ready yet?" Fruity exclaimed to his parents. "Son, the chefs and poison smarts are unsure if it's safe yet until the healers check." The chieftain explained to his 14 year old son. Fruity only got confused, what do the healers have to do with the food? Fruity thought to himself, as he took a bite of his bacon. Why does dad call the poison checkers "poison smarts"? "Fruity, dear," his mother spoke, bringing Fruity back to reality. "Yes mom?" He replied. "Today's a special day for you." The chieftess continued. "Really? What do you mean?" Fruity asked. "You'll see" said his father.

Fruity and his father walked around the village, greeting the villagers with happiness. "Fruity, my ray of sunshine, soon this village will be in your hands." The chieftain said calmly. "How long will that be?" Fruity asked his father. "In a week." His father replied. Fruity became shocked. Crap! I forgot! Fruity thought, as he remembered. "O-oh! I forgotten about that." Fruity said, nervously. "I know, that happens sometimes. I brought you out here for a reason, and that's not how to teach you to be a great chief, that's tomorrow." the chieftain said, taking his son to a mountain. Fruity was confused, why are they going to a mountain? The two walked into the cave, giving the guards permission to let them in, where a white flower glowed in the dark. "What's that?" Fruity asked. "That, my son, is the Soul Flower. It's very special to this village. I want you to make sure that this healing magic is protected from darkness," The chieftain answered. "It was what saved this village thousands of years ago, and has been healing our people." "Oh, I never knew a flower could do that." Fruity said, shocked that this flower is still alive to this day. "Son, I want you to make me proud, and protect this treasure from all evil." Fruity's father spoke to him. Fruity looked down, then looked at his father, "I promise you dad. I promise to keep this flower safe." "Thank you, my son." The chieftain said with gratitude, and the two went back to the village.

Ugh. Thought a young boy, sitting in a pile of leaves, when will dad get back? The boy decided to get off the leaves and went inside.
Suddenly the boy gotten a portal call. "Ugh, hello?" The boy answered to the call. " HIYA SPOOK MY SON! OH GOLLY IT'S BEEN SO LONG SINCE WE'VE TALKED!!" said a voice. "Dad it's been a week since you left." Spook replied, sarcastically. "Wow rude much? Anywaaaays, Spook, I found an interesting place for you to visit!" Spook's father said, with excitement. "Are you sure about that? Because the last time you said that I almost got killed by the Sun Kingdom." Spook said, getting pissed off. "Chill, this place is called Midnight Mountain! It's pretty cool looking, especially with it's culture." His father replied. Spook wasn't at all interested, "I think I'm ready to hang up now." "WAIT WAIT WAIT- They've got this cool thing that can heal people. If we go steal it, maybe we could make money!!" The father begged. "Money? Scew that, nobody's gonna give us gold." Spook said, ready to hang up. "Don't you wanna help Star Haven?" Spook's father said, giving off the puppy eyes. "Hmm, no." Spook replied. "Ugh, fine be that way son. I'll go talk about this Soul Flower to someone else." The father said, with a smirk. "Soul Flower? The hell is that?" Spook asked, confused. "It's a special flower that can heal people, it's been alive for who knows how long. Interested to see it? It's at Midnight Mountain, about 3 or 4 days from Star Haven!" The father said, giving Spook courage to go there. "Hmm, interesting, I guess." Spook said. "Great! See you in a few days! Buh-bye!!" Said Spook's father, before the call ended. Spook was interested in going to this "Midnight Mountain" place and find this flower. Maybe it will give them gold. He then decided that he was going to go tomorrow. "I'll make you proud dad, I'll go check this place out, but he better not think I'm going to steal it." Spook talked to himself. Maybe when he goes to see this enchanted flower, nothing will go wrong...right?
