It's been two week since the incident with Divine happened. Jack is now in jail charged with attempted rape and harassment. When George heard about this he flipped he wanted Jack six feet under while Marie could care less all she said was
"I'm glad you are ok Div be careful next time"
And went back to watching her favourite movie ' The haves and the haves not'
I know this incident took a toil on Divine. Each night last week I would hear her crying and I knew that she was hurting. Otherwise from that everything is back to normal at home But at school Devon is starting to get on my nerves.
Each day he follows me to every class, kisses me on the cheek and says goodbye. Each time he does it he would say
"Be safe now and and if any one messes with you Devon the Doc is here" what the hell does that mean .
I know he cares for me and that incident got him on edge.
Divine on the other hand is surprisingly nice to me and my friends no more
"Get these trash out of my house!"
Or "b**ch why are you here can't I go one day without seeing your face"
It really shocked us when she came up to me last week and apologize for all the wrong she had done.
Flashback
"Destiny can I talk to you for a sec"Divine asked at lunch while I was eating my fries
"Divine I'm not in the mood tell Whitney your leader to leave me alone" I replied knowing the only reason she would be here is because Whitney sent her.
"I don't speak to her anymore I'm done with them!" She whispered yelled. Everyone at our table looked at her astonished because we all knew how Divine worshipped the ground Whitney and Lily walked on. She would go on days telling Marie about them. They can never do anything wrong in her eyes.
"And why would I go with you, I don't know you like that" I told her with sass, and can you blame me this is Divine we are talking about the girl who always tries to put me down Everytime she gets. Always competing with me
If I get a HP laptop she wants a apple laptop. If I become captain of a basketball team she wants to be the captain of the cheer squad which she didn't get since Whitney already got it. But you get what I'm saying right she wants to prove to everyone that she is the best and finally Des
"Yeah why would she go with you" sofey defended me
"Ok I'm just going to say it to everyone then, I just want to apologize to everyone for being a b**ch to you guys you didn't deserve it. It's just that I hated that Destiny was so popular she had friends that stick with her through thick and thin and is always honest while I had friends who only used me and tries to turn me into someone I'm not. I'm sorry Sofia and Lori-ann for always trying to bully you and calling you names inspire of knowing that you didn't deserve it and sorry Sam for hitting on you when you were dating Des it's just that I was just jealous of her and finally Destiny I'm so sorry for treating you the way I did, I knew you were hurting but I still continued to rub it in your face I know it will take time to forgive me and I will wait because I want back the relationship me and my sister had " Tires where streaming down her face when she was finished with her speech which showed she mean every word. She then rushed out the lunch room leaving us all with our mouths wide open
"I'm I dreaming or did Divine just apologize yo you all" Devon said while chuckling Divine was always nice to him since she had a crush on him so he didn't know what we were going through.
End of flashback

Now here I am at Sofia's house with Lori we are going to the club tonight to get our minds off the things that happened lately.
I really didn't want to go but a little pleading and yelling from Lori cause me to quickly grab a my royal blue dress which fits me like a second skin and my black heels and head to Lori's house. Lori is very frightening when she tries to persuade us to do something.
Two hours later and I'm still doing my makeup while Lori is putting on her deep red skin tight dress which is backless and Sofia is sitting on her bed waiting for us to finish. Sofia is dressed in a black dress that makes her look innocent but fierce , she wears a deep blue heels that is so tall that if someone pisses her off she could use her heels to give them their instant death.
"Ok I'm done " I said after I'm satisfied with my look in the mirror
"Me too let's show these b**ches how to party" Lori yelled while grabbing her purse
And with those words I know tonight is going to be epic.
